Had my car serviced yesterday. I was greeted by Keith, who is top notch!! I explained what I had picked online for service, but I didn’t think I needed all of it. He went thru everything with me, and told me only what I did need, based on my milage. I can’t say enough great things about Keith and the Service Dept. They are the BEST and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! It’s peace of mind for me, that I can trust them to tell me exactly what I need and no more! Do not pay that because you do not need to. Would highly recomend doing third party financing so the finance managers can't take advantage of you like they will try to . Onto the service department. They are on a different wave length than the dealer. They will get offended if you ask them questions. They have no customer service and aren't there to help you. Go to palatine subbie for service 100 % better. Service department will make a point to tell you that they have nothing to do with the rest of the dealership. Would not reccomend this dealer to anyone. All prices are negotiable. Just threaten to leave and they will run to the office for one last offer. Typicly just discounting the fees there trying to burn you with. Stay safe and do your research. This dealer doesn't care about you just getting your money. Also 3 months after purchase my clutch and trans went out. Like they don't check the cars before selling them. More
