I had been seriously looking for a car for several months and was becoming very discouraged with the whole process, not to mention my husband was getting very tiered of me. He agreed to come with me for the last time to Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru to meet Jonathan. We drove over an hour, once again, to look at another car. I was very impressed with the effort, curtsey and time Jonathan provided for me, both by phone and in person. He made me feel very comfortable through the process and I felt that he was being honest and fair. I was very happy when I left with my Camaro. Had an unscheduled service issue with turn signals and rear view mirror on my 2010 Impreza. Very friendly staff assisted me right away, and was able to repair the issues promptly. This is the worst dealer ever. They attempt to get you to buy the car before they will even let you test drive it. They WOULD NOT let me test drive the car I wanted without me signing a deal. This guy is not very hones. After we finally agreed an On The Road price which is supposed to include everything, he added another $120 on the agreed price claiming some county tax. I have a 2006 Outback that had a slow oil leak. It was determined on Monday that the head gaskets were leaking. Mike (service guy)looked up my warranty information and it was a very close call as far as determined on Monday that the head gaskets were leaking. I was at exactly 5 years and one week to the day from when I bought my car (so I was over by one week) and I had approximately 58,500 miles. Because I was over on time but not on mileage the service team gave me a good will warranty repair. Saved me BIG $$$. Would definitely have service at this dealership again! More
