I would of liked to get the price of the 2012 Subaru Impreza that night, but did not get it. My intention of going to the event was not to buy the car but to take a look at it and relax. I was very impressed with Jonathan Proano in the purchase of the 1987 Jaguar. I usually don't respond back on dealerships, but his overall additude was more than I imagined...I live in downstate Illinois and of the 1987 Jaguar. I have always had a "preconceived opinion" of Chicago carsalesmen & figured I'd be bulldozed, pressured, and intimidated with even looking at a car in Chicago.!!!..Jonathan was entirely opposite.!!!...Calm demeanor and very humble..!!we drove the car for a test drive...And he even asked me if I'd like to drive it longer than what we had gone..!!! Being abit excited with the purchase, I mistakenly flooded the car and could not get it to start..Jonathan quickly came to my rescue, got the car running...and suggested that I go grab a bite to eat ..and they would double -inspect the car to make sure it was running properly..When I came back, he was there at the door and let me know it was fine...Again waiting for me to start it , so that we both knew we were OK with drving it back to Peoria, Ill...about a 150 mile drive .. while at the dealership, all the other salesmen came up to me from time to time and said "hello" and mentioned what a nice car I was purchasing.Rocco Mininni, the finance manager,was very patient and took time to explain the transaction . Also, the dealership was extremely clean..I truly have changed my opinion of Chicago carsalesmen and plan on keeping incontact with this dealership for future purchases. More
I visited Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru to purchase a used 2010 Sequoia. Overall the experience was outstanding! What I was most pleased with was the interaction with the salesforce. I felt that they were not only trying to drive a good bargain but also to make sure I went away satisfied that I had gotten an outstanding price and value for the vehicle I purchased. We worked with Jonathan Proano as our sales rep. He was knowledgeable and personable and he really seemed to be striving to give a win for both sides. After having shopped for a used car for 4 months and gone to lots of dealers in Chicago and Wisconsin, Napleton's was by far the best experience that I had. I'm sorry that I wasn't in the market for a Subaru because I would definitely go back to Napleton's. More

My experience with dealer was wonderful. this was the first time i actually enjoyed buying a car and i have bought more than ten cars in my life for myself, friends, and family. The salesperson was friendly and very knowledgeable. I liked the car he showed me and he took the time to hear what i wanted and delivered. he also showed me other options i might consider. I almost got the price i wanted, which was so low that i thought it would be impossible, as i knew from research how much these cars go for. since i was alone they took the trouble to bring the car to my house so that my wife did not have to bother to the dealership. The Subaru forester i got is amazing and everyone i showed it love it. they all acknowledged the good price i got for it. this was also the first time the finance guy did not try to sell me useless stuff i did not need. very pleasant. I definitively recommend this dealer. ask for Jonathan Proano he will take care of you. More

I came in for a recall on my 2009 forester (computer module reprogramming) I made the appt 2 days in advance for 7:30 in the morning. I asked the service tech about how long will it take he said 30-45 module reprogramming) I made the appt 2 days in advance for 7:30 in the morning. I asked the service tech about how long will it take he said 30-45 minutes tops. Well almost an hour and twenty minutes later my car was ready. The car was outside running and had been for a while because my fuel economy dropped significantly from where it was when I brought it in. I witnessed two people arrive after me and leave before me for service. Ever since Napleton took over the dealership the Service dept. has gone downhill. The wait time is longer than promised, they do unwanted work, the staff is not very friendly, and they don’t provide any coffee or refreshments (water cooler was empty). Subarus are great cars and I will buy another, the sales team (pre Napleton) was excellent (I have no experience with the Napleton sales team), but as far as servicing I will take my business elsewhere. More
