My trusty 1992 Subie (mine since 1999) amassed 222K miles, and I was ready for a 2012, fuel efficient Impreza. I did my homework, and the basic model is all I need. I compared prices at eight - that's right, 8 - dealerships. Napleton beat the next best price by $1,380. I dealt with Rob, who never suggested any more options than what I indicated. He knew I checked into the Impreza, and respected my decisions. So then, the waiting game. FYI - not the dealer's fault; I planned to buy from stock. The day I thought I'd get my car it turned out to be a different VIN. I called and spoke with George. "I want to do business with you, George," I said. I was nearby with family (I live 150 miles outside of Schaumburg), and George said I should come in - he'd work something out. So, in I go. An hour or so later, I leave Napleton's with a bill of sale for my Impreza, and driving a new Forester - on loan until the Impreza comes in. Not only that, I got a great financing package, and, Rob will drive my new car to my home in central Illinois. I have never had such service at an auto dealership. Rob and George were cordial, personable, and professional. They know their stuff. Yes, I am anxious to get my Impreza. In the meantime, I have another great Subie at no extra cost to me. What did I learn that day? Always buy Subaru, and get it at Napleton's. Tell them A sent you. More

Found car online. Contacted dealership thru email. Talked back and forth for about a week. Decided to drive up (3hr drive). Test drove car. What a great experience for buying my first new car. I bought a new 2012 Subaru Outback from this dealership and they did everything to make this experience the best they could for me. An Outback with the options I wanted wasn't available on their lot so they looked for a similar car at all the area dealers for me. I was picky on exactly what I wanted and what I didn't, so they couldn't find the right car and we had to make an order. The order did take longer than expected, but definitely to no fault of the dealership. I live in MPLS and bought the Outback from Napleton's because they gave me the best deal by a good $2,000+! Worth the $200 flight and 6 hour drive back home. Mark Thompson - the great salesman I worked with - came to the airport to pick me up AND gave me 5 bucks from his pocket to cover toll charges on the way home. Class act guy. If you want a great experience with the best price in the 5 state area - you must give Mark a call. More

His quote and assistance with the options is why I then visited the dealership to continue a potential purchase. At the showroom, Mark Thompson answered questions I had about certain features of Subarus in general and the Forester in particular. Mark knows the product. His explanation of the Forester's standard equipment and options was very helpful during the test drive. Then, we did the negotiation primarily for the value of my trade-in, ultimately reaching an agreement on the overall price. With the negotiating done and when the vehicle arrived, Mark explained some other fine points and Rocco ably explained and handled the sales and tax forms. And now I have my first-ever Subaru! Along the way to a successful conclusion for all, Chris, Mark, Rocco, the phone receptionist, and others I dealt with were helpful and pleasant to work with. More
