I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Very poor customer service, no one returns phone calls, and the staff you do get a hold of doesn't know a thing! A car was sold to me with the traction control customer service, no one returns phone calls, and the staff you do get a hold of doesn't know a thing! A car was sold to me with the traction control light on, and I was told that the service dept did a thorough inspection, and the car passed. After taking the car to a mechanic, the car needs ball joints, and struts. More

My first Subaru was a 2009 Impreza, I had a grinding noise when braking, brought the car in and they said the pads were on backwards, I being a mechanic myself knew this was not the right problem they h noise when braking, brought the car in and they said the pads were on backwards, I being a mechanic myself knew this was not the right problem they had lied and charged me 160$ to switch them back, they most likely sprayed the pads as the noise came back a few weeks later, I decided to fix it myself turns out the pads were not the right material, easy to fix but I was not happy about being charged for a lie. Second Subaru was a 2012 Impreza hatchback, I just recently took it in for its second oil change I have only put 8k miles on this vehicle in 14 months, needless to say I told the service desk that the coolant overflow was at low, they said they would take care of it, sure enough after my first experience I decided to pop the hood and low and behold the coolant was still at low, not at full where it should be, I went back in and told the service employee he said "that's where it should be, if you fill to the full mark it will overflow" once again being a mechanic I knew this was another lie, but even so I decided to double check as I am not fluent with Subaru, inside the Subaru manual that comes with the car it states, if the level is at low when the car is cool (68 degree's currently and the car had been sitting for 5 hrs) it should be filled to the full mark. So this is lie number 2 this dealer has lost my business and I posting this others will beware when dealing with their service dept. More
I called to get a quote for a new car. I was told I would have to come in and "prove" I could afford to buy a car. I was made to feel like because I am a woman that I wouldn't be able to buy the car a would have to come in and "prove" I could afford to buy a car. I was made to feel like because I am a woman that I wouldn't be able to buy the car and that I wasn't worth his time. Luckily the other area Subaru dealers did not feel the same way. More

Buyer beware, once these guys cash your check, your car is “as-is.” After going back and forth for a week with them, I’m stuck with a broken CD player that they sold me my car with. I could’ve been a satis is “as-is.” After going back and forth for a week with them, I’m stuck with a broken CD player that they sold me my car with. I could’ve been a satisfied customer, but instead I’m writing this negative review because of their poor customer service. I recently purchased a used car from Napleton and thought that, having undergone a “thorough 128-point union inspection” (a $400 charge that Napleton is only too happy to pass on to you, the buyer), I assumed everything in the car was in working order. I even asked salesman Kevin what was wrong with the car, and he said only the fob needed to be reprogrammed (an issue which was resolved to my satisfaction). In all fairness, Kevin was very nice and no-pressure. I was upset, however, when I got home and found the CD player was broken. Apparently the $400 union inspection doesn’t include playing a CD. I called Napleton to see if they could help me out with the CD player, as had I known it was busted when I bought the car, I would’ve asked for a couple hundred bucks off for a new one. Unfortunately, I was told the car was sold to me as-is, and it was my problem now. While I understand that, strictly speaking, this is the case, I was extremely disappointed that Napleton wouldn’t go above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. As it is, I’m left feeling deceived by them and that they only are contributing to the slimy reputation car dealers have. If you see a car you like from them, CHECK IT OVER COMPLETELY yourself. If the engine falls out on the way home, you bought it “as-is.” I would not recommend them to any of my friends. More
Very happy with the car and experience I had with Napleton Subaru!!! Sales persons, Anthony Lazzaro and Marcin Gotowalski, were both great! They knew what they were talking about and provided us with all the information we needed. It was nice of them to work together in order to get all the accurate information across to my parents so I did not constantly have to translate. They were able to work within our budget and work with what we can afford, they were great! Wish the dealership owner/manager, Chris Napleton (I believe), was a little more polite. The day of the sale did not even speak to us once or thank us for our business even though he passed us multiple times and we were the last ones to leave the dealership. The next day when we returned to make our first payment we got a smart remark and received an unethusiastic thank you when we handed over large payment. Other than that it was a great experience because mostly spoke to the great sales people! More
Worst dealership I have ever been to. I came in wanting to test drive a wrx and spent an hour talking about the car before we went back to talking about the test drive. Jeff then starting talking complete to test drive a wrx and spent an hour talking about the car before we went back to talking about the test drive. Jeff then starting talking complete nonsense about not letting me test drive unless I promise to buy it today. How am I supposed to make a decision if I haven't even driven the car yet. Jeff stated that that's how they do sales there and only let people test drive who come with cash ready to sign. I wanted to talk to the manager but the lazy guy wouldn't even have the nerve to decline a test drive to my face. These idiots do not know how to make a sale and I will definitely not come here again. I just got a high paying job and these guys completely turned me away. I will be going to Evanston subaru or Heuberger in Colorado Springs who offered 2k under invoice for an sti. Jeff had the audacity to ask me how much of the margin I was willing to give him. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in a car dealership. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET HARRSSED OVER A TEST DRIVE. More
Doesn't allow test drives unless you agree to fill out paperwork first. Not a good experience, would go elsewhere.
