First they tried using the old make 'em wait to wear 'em down tactic. Although they had my trade appraised in a short amount of time, as it is in great condition, they refused to provide me any numbers for well over a half hour after that. I could see the salesman walking around, chatting with his coworkers, and talking on his phone. You know, when you want to play that game, perhaps you shouldn't have glass windows on your offices. They blatantly disrespected my time, even though I told them if they wanted to make a deal that day, they couldn't waste my time, as I had to get home and get some rest because I work midnights. They were simply trying to wear me down and frustrate me into making an emotional, hurried mistake of a purchase. When they finally decided they had wasted enough of my time, the salesman and the snake of a sales manager came over and told me that they would sell me the new car for full MSRP. Funny, seeing as how they had already quoted me a price lower than that when I first inquired online about the car. Then they tried to offer me a ridiculously low amount for my trade. I wasn't expecting to get a fortune for it, but what they offered was about half of what would be a reasonable trade in value. Having to negotiate a price is one thing, but they didn't give me reasonable places to even begin to start negotiating at. All in all, they played old school sales games, wasted my time, and insulted my intelligence. Perhaps they don't realize that this isn't the 50's and people don't tolerate slime ball sales tactics, and they certainly don't seem to understand that this is the Chicago area, and there are many other dealerships that I can do business with. All in all, a disgusting waste of time. Avoid even trying to do business with these jerks. More

Tons of knowledge, nothing but helpful! Mike is a great salesman, very upfront no suprises. If you ask for his opinion he'll actually be honest and not just say anything to make a sale. Purchase and Service of New Subaru I purchased a new vehicle in May 2015 from Napleton’s dealership and I tell you the experience was excellent and I would be remiss if I failed to comp I purchased a new vehicle in May 2015 from Napleton’s dealership and I tell you the experience was excellent and I would be remiss if I failed to compliment them. Trisha, my sales associate, was fantastic answered all my questions in the showroom, test driving the vehicle and at the office during closing. I wanted options which were not available from Subaru and the dealership team did the research to determine where, when and how I could get them. My vehicle had to be ordered and the delivery was timely. I could have purchased my Subaru at two other dealerships, one much closer to where I live, but now that I’m a Subaru owner I feel fortunate to have made my decision to buy at Napleton. In addition, I just returned from my first service stop at Napleton having them install a Subaru tow hitch to my new vehicle. I was blown away! What a great team! Rich seems to be super knowledgeable and I remember he was a great help in choosing which hitch to purchase weeks ago. I believe the service advisor’s name was Keith. When I returned for pickup he and Rich took me out to the car, Keith showed me the components and said “if you have a problem taking the ball off your existing ball mount bracket, just bring it back here and we will do that for you.” I thought that was really great; thank you. More

Mike Willock answered all of my questions and concerns. He patiently rode around trying to figure out the source of the "blip" noise. He didn't rush me with my long list of questions. I left a satisfied customer and will recommend their dealership to others. More
Worst dealership.Complete waste of time. Made appointment for test drive a day earlier and told them that I will be driving from Rockford. Sales rep took copy of license and showed me the car but would not let me drive unless I made deposit or purchased the car.Kept on pushing me to finance the car even though I told him that I wanted to lease.How can somone buy a vehicle without a test drive! Overall horrible experience and felt insulted by this dealership. I will recommend anyone not to walk into this dealership unless you plan to ruin your entire weekend. More
