Not only was he great in terms of competitive pricing, he was even better in terms of responsiveness and customer service. "My best interest at heart" Ken Walter previously left a voice message on my phone, asking if he could be of service. Timing is everything. Just happened I was thinking of t Ken Walter previously left a voice message on my phone, asking if he could be of service. Timing is everything. Just happened I was thinking of trading in my Jeep Cherokee for a Grand Cherokee. Checking out Napleton's lot sparked my interest, so I went in and asked for Ken. He wanted to know what I was looking for in a vehicle. My first answer was "Peace of Mind", and next gave him the list of extras I would like. We sat down and Ken proceeded to check the computer with the list and gave me a choice of color... everything I asked for. This was so quick and we were off for a test drive. Before we started he pointed out extra features, making me comfortable with the way it handled. I was sold. Yes, there is a lot of paper work but Ken explained it all before I signed anything. While I finished with accounting he transferred not only the license plates but the village sticker and toll road transponder. I had a hitch put on and was given a loner to drive. When it was finished Ken delivered it to my home. What great personal service. More
