I drove 3 hours to see a particular vehicle that I had an appointment for. I even had the mindset of purchasing said vehicle, to not even being able to see it. It started with the car being in the detail sho appointment for. I even had the mindset of purchasing said vehicle, to not even being able to see it. It started with the car being in the detail shop, to then not being on the premise at all, after an hour later they then tell me the car would not be available until the next day. I’m not sure what happened to the customer service that I encountered just the day prior but it was non exist today. Worse car shopping experience. This dealership could not have been more inconsiderate & disrespectful of my time & energy. More

IM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED AT THIS DEALERSHIP. OVER 28HRS AND IM STILL WAITING ON A PHONE CALL/UPDATE REGARDING THE STATUS OF MY VEHICLE. AFTER I CALLED TODAY 7X I FINALLY SPOKE THIS DEALERSHIP. OVER 28HRS AND IM STILL WAITING ON A PHONE CALL/UPDATE REGARDING THE STATUS OF MY VEHICLE. AFTER I CALLED TODAY 7X I FINALLY SPOKE TO A PERSON WHO ADVISED ME TO WAIT FOR A CALL FROM MY SERVICE ADVISER. NOW MIND YOU MY CAR WAS JUST THERE LAST WEEK FOR THE SAME PROBLEM N THEY KEPT IT FOR A DAY. FINALLY GET A CALL BACK FROM THE DEALERSHIP THEY TELL ME IT'S MY HYDRATED BATTERY WHICH HAS A 10YR WARRANTY BUT THEY'RE WAITING ON A CALL FROM THE MANUFACTURER OK AT THIS POINT IM ASKING FOR A LOANER/RENTAL VOUCHER ECT... BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THEY NEEDED ANOTHER DAY, SO NOW WERE TALKING 3DAYS WITHOUT A CAR. NOT TO MENTION THE SERVICE ADVISER WAS RUDE AS !!!!. AGAIN IM STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER I GUESS HE'S TOO BUSY ARE THIS IS THIS DEALERSHIP WAY OF BUSINESS. BELIEVE IM TOTALLY NOT EVER GONNA RETURN HERE FOR SERVICE.
