The day before, coming here I went to another dealer desperate to find a car as my old one had a major issue that I didn’t want to pay for. Got to the first dealership, gave the salesman my criteria and waited for him to show me the car he said I’d love. One of the first things I told him was that I didn’t want a new car, I wanted to pay my car off within the next 6 months. My max price was 10k. He showed me a 2019 fusion for double the price, then another car that also did not fit my criteria. I declined and left the dealership without a car. Had to spend $40 for a lyft to work. Got off work the next morning, went to Napleton and worked with Pat. He immediately showed me a vehicle UNDER my max price. He did NOT try to show me anything different than something that fit my criteria and payment range. Cody and Adam did everything they could to provide me with the warranty and gap insurance, both I said was important and stay within my payment range. I left once again. This time with a 2012 Jeep Liberty sport! I usually never right reviews but they all really were great! More
