My experience was awesome! My salesmen was Adam Muhammad. Our first encounter was March 2019, in which he informed me of my buying options and enlighten me that I was in a bad lease. I returned 9 months later. I remembered Adam because he didnt come off as a salesmen. He came across as an educator of the car industry. I trusted him and his expertise. Long story short, Adam sold me himself and a pleasant experience. I got a car as an added bonus! Most definitely go to River Oaks Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler and ask for Adam Muhammad...tell em Butta-Finger sent ya! *inside joke More

Bob went out of his way repeatedly to find out as much information as he could. One thing that could have been better. We made an appointment to see a specific vehicle, and when we arrived, we were informed that the car had been sold to another dealership. They were still very happy to sell us the car to gain a customer, but that took out any room for price negotiation. This was a bit too coincidental in my opinion which is why I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5. It could have been completely true, but it was very convenient for them, and totally took out any bargaining position we might have had. That said, the car is excellent, and it was, in fact, a great deal as priced. We ended up buying it anyway. More
Terrible experience fixing my car I took the car to Napleton Dealer in Lansing to fix engine light and Tom Walker (service manager) read a diagnostic that car need engine flush, clean I took the car to Napleton Dealer in Lansing to fix engine light and Tom Walker (service manager) read a diagnostic that car need engine flush, clean phaser, need new filter and oil for a total of charge of $600. 4 days later, car was giving back to me stating everything was inspecting and good to go and fix. I ran the car and less in 30 minutes i brought the car back to dealer since it was making noise from the engine and checking light again reappeared on the screen. The next day, the car is giving back to me stating that car has been fix and clean phaser and they don't hear any noise. I ran the car again for 45 minutes and car was still making noise and checking light reappeared again. i brought the car back to dearler for the 3rd time since i told them that they haven't fix the problem. after 3 more days without hearing from them, i decided to call them back and now they ran another diagnostic and i was told that engine is ruined. I have a terrible experience since 1st and 2nd diagnostic was never told engine was ruined and pay $600 for nothing and now 3rd time they are telling me that engine is not good. why you Tom walker tell me after first and second diagnostic was is good to used and when i brought them back for the 3rd time car engine is ruined. you should pay me back the $ 600 since nothing was fix on the car.. I don't recommend anyone to go there since you will pay alot Dollars for no a great service.. More
