Words cannot even describe how grateful I am for Roberto, Cody, and Mo. I went to about four different dealerships looking to get out my lease and no one could help me. I walked in to Napleton and was greete Cody, and Mo. I went to about four different dealerships looking to get out my lease and no one could help me. I walked in to Napleton and was greeted by Mo who set me up with Roberto. He helped me find the wrangler I was looking for with all the options I wanted. Once we found it I sat down with Mo and he went over everything with me and took the time to explain it all in detail so I understood everything. THIS is the way car buying should be! I honestly felt that I wasn’t taken advantage of and not looked at as just another sale. Cody in the finance office went over everything with me and it took no less than 30 minutes. I’m extremely grateful for everyone at Napleton as I drove away in a brand new 2020 Jeep Wrangler. More

This dealership tries hard to make sure you're happy. I just purchased a second car from salesperson Ken Walter and the third from this dealership. I live 65 miles away but it was well worth the trip to I just purchased a second car from salesperson Ken Walter and the third from this dealership. I live 65 miles away but it was well worth the trip to be treated like family and have greatly reduced stress during the vehicle purchase process. Here is the story associated with my most recent vehicle purchase: A number of members of our Church pooled our funds in order to buy a vehicle for the family of a parishioner who is dealing with serious cancer right now. His ongoing illness has resulted in his family finding themselves without the resources to replace their very old vehicles with something newer and safer to drive. I located a nice used Dodge Journey in our price range on the website of this dealership that I believed would serve this family well. I arranged by phone to come to the dealership and be taken care of by salesperson Ken Walter . Because I was looking at a used car, Ken arranged with General Mangers Ray Czarnik and Moe Muhsen to allow me to take this vehicle home to show to this family over the Christmas holiday to confirm it would fulfill their needs. The Managers also reduced the price a bit at my request when I explained why I was in the market for this vehicle. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership the next day and agreed to purchase it if they would take care of some small items which I noticed needed some minor attention, such as a wheel alignment to make the steering wheel perfectly straight while driving on the highway. The dealership took care of the items I brought to their attention and I came back the following day with Colleen, the wife of our sick parishioner, to complete the purchase. Cody in the finance office handled processing all of the paperwork and obtaining the required signatures in a timely fashion. Ken, Ray, and Cody all showed Colleen a lot of compassion during the times they met with her while making our purchase. After we left the dealership, Ken followed up later that same day with phone calls to both Colleen and I to show his gratitude and to make sure were were indeed satisfied with the vehicle and the purchasing process. We definitely were satisfied, and that is the reason for me leaving this very positive review on this dealership and its sales staff. More
