I called regarding a vehicle I was interested in and spoke with Latoya. She was very polite but stated “we sell used cars at the price we have listed” and would not go down on price at all. Every dealership should be willing to negotiate at least a little bit, especially when in the middle of a pandemic and your customer base is limited. I am very reasonable and any kind of negotiation would have been appreciated. She was polite and responded quickly, which is the only reason I am giving more than one star. More

Great service from great people! I went to the dealership to see Ken Walter, I was referred to Ken by other people who have had great experiences working with him,. I ended up going t I went to the dealership to see Ken Walter, I was referred to Ken by other people who have had great experiences working with him,. I ended up going to jeep.com and building the exact Jeep that i was looking for and Ken and Bob Gatelis searched for that exact vehicle I was looking for. In about 25 minutes they came back and had found the exact car that I was looking for about an hour away from the dealership. Ken offered to drive with me to the other dealership to check out the new 2020 Jeep Compass I dreamed of owning, it was an amazing experience and it made the process of buying a brand new car for the first time very fun, We drove back to the dealership and finalized all of the paperwork which was very quick and easy thanks to Ken Walter and Cody Sasek. Cody and I went over all of the paperwork together and chatted about the Chicago White Sox, Ken, Bob, and Cody made the day an amazing experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone I know. They searched for the vehicle that met my specifications, got it in their possession, worked out a great price and had all the paperwork in order in a timely matter -to make sure we were in compliance with the Corona Virus curfew Restrictions .
