My pre-owned Jeep came from the same dealer, and I had NO problems, so it was only smart to come back for my new (pre-owned) one! I was incredibly specific with what I wanted as far as features, so when Roberto met me at the door with a smile through his mask, he said “no problem” and definitely delivered! Not only was Roberto in tune with what I wanted in my GC, he was also informed and had answers to ALL of my questions! The entire sales process was so smooth with Roberto, he didn’t try to finesse me, and he made sure I got everything I wanted! He even called me a few days later to follow up and ensure that everything was well with my new GC. Fantastic customer service and I highly recommend if you’re in the market!!! Separately, I came in with a pre-approval, but Cody in finance was able to work an even better deal and got me a lower interest rate. A new vehicle + a better rate = Win-Win!!!
