Very professional and friendly staff. Everyone I talked to I was met with a very professional attitude and smile. Everyone I met engaged in a conversation and it wasn’t only about trying to make a sale. I to I was met with a very professional attitude and smile. I drove from WV to get a truck and they went way above my expectations on sending me pictures and videos of the truck I bought to make sure it was what I wanted and that I did not drive 8hrs to be be disappointed. When I asked a question there was no hesitation , they were upfront and did not try to give me a run around answer like a lot of dealers do on an older vehicle. I would recommend to anyone even if it is a long trip to get there. overall I would make the trip again if they ever have another vehicle I am looking to buy. 100% satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness of every employee I got the pleasure to meet and talk to. Worst dealership EVER! I purchased a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler for 40,000 dollars. Although it had a broken glove box Napleton's River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram assured me that they would replace it. Wrangler for 40,000 dollars. A month and a half later they still keep lying, they treat you like you are there begging them for something. I am so embarrassed getting wrapped up with such an unprofessional and unscrupulous dealership. Take you money and go somewhere where your business is appreciated, and where you are treated like a human being, not a homeless beggar. I would NEVER do business with them again. If I could rate them as a negative I would. More
