I am surprised to see such good reviews, unfortunately mine is not! First off I was forced to come from another state to shop because the dealership would not let me do the negotiations electronically, th mine is not! First off I was forced to come from another state to shop because the dealership would not let me do the negotiations electronically, that said I traveled there today, met with Robert who was very pleasant, however when my trade was evaluated, I was so low balled my groin ached. My vehicle with the mileage is selling for 13600 and I was offered 9500, with no negotiable effect, even after showing another offer fro a certified Dodge/Jeep dealership. What makes me feel more insulted was upon arrival I was greeted by the GM-or owner, guaranteeing my satisfaction personally, however the was the first time I seen him and the last. Sorry to darken all the good reviews, I guess is you enter with low expectations you will be satisfied. More

I just took delivery of a 2021 Grand Cherokee and Mo, Patrick, Sergio and Cody continue to exceed my expectations.
