Brought my van in 4 times to get an alignment and it is still off. Talked with the service manager who was going to call me but after 2 weeks this has not happened. The worst experience I have ever had looking for the correct vehicle. Napletons website offered a 3rd row seat Acadia and after driving over 1 hour to see vehicle it was all false. Went for a front wheel alignment after changing the struts and they never adjusted the camber in the tires causing the vehicle to pull left. Went back a second time to correct the problem and they woul struts and they never adjusted the camber in the tires causing the vehicle to pull left. Went back a second time to correct the problem and they would not give me a print-out of the alignment, they stated the printer was out. Still pulls to the left, steering wheel is still crooked and tge overfilled 2 of my tires to 65psi. Terrible at best, I will never go back again. Still have not heard back from their advisor after numerous attempts. More

Poor customer service within the service department and mechanics. Never return calls or give updates about car. Check engine light on with a code but they can’t find the problem so they turned off the lig mechanics. Never return calls or give updates about car. But at the same time charge for not finding anything. No loaner car, so I have to miss work, and pay for the tows back to there shop. No one has answer More
