I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. After I left the facility I had to bring my vehicle back immediately due to the oil light coming on. They told me that they had to put 5 more quarts of oil into my vehicle. I believe that the oil was never added after my old oil was drained. I was told that I would receive a call to come in and review the footage of the new oil being added to my vehicle, but I was never contacted. I received a text message from Tierra Bell about filling out a survey. I texted her back about the issue I had at the facility. She asked if I can give her the opportunity to correct the situation, but I never heard back from her. I would never go back to this place and would not recommend anyone to go here. More
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership, bar none. Let me do my best to sum up why I was so beyond angry: In mid-December of 2022, my minivan got a "Service Shifter" error. It prevented me from getting the van in gear. So, with it stuck like a rock in my garage... I arranged a tow. Napleton's River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram took the van in on a Tuesday, and $950 later, returned it to me that Saturday morning. I denoted the shifter assembly was NOT YET CLICKED INTO THE DASH when I received the vehicle back, so I had to snap it into place. Goody for me. Flash forward to 2 weeks later. Minivan gets the exact same error! Angered at the situation, I tow the van BACK to the dealership. As anyone else in my predicament might feel... I wanted a swift response since this was the problem I dropped $950 on not 2 weeks prior to fix! I prayed it was just some missed loose connection or some-such. Van dropped off on a Monday. I'm told by the advisor "sorry man... the guy who worked on your van is off today. But he'll get to you tomorrow morning." I asked for a loaner. "If I had one to give, man, I would. Sorry." The next day comes and goes. NO CALL. Wednesday, I'm finally called, and told by my technician/advisor/whatever "we've been driving it around all day, it's fine. Service engine light doesn't even come on." Exasperated, I inform him THAT WASN'T THE PROBLEM. He says "oh, well, that's what my sheet says." Please denote: I filled out their online scheduler to get the car in that Monday. I literally wrote out the problem that they clearly missed. More time passes. Still out a vehicle. No apology or urgency to the matter. Just told time and again "we don't know yet. We think maybe it's the weather." At the end of it all... as I said, I was so frustrated, and untrusting of their work (lest I take the van back, and be FORCED TO PAY a "diagnostic fee" which they wanted for the SECOND attempt at a repair)... tell me how I should take that van home. Every time I'd start it? I'd have to start praying it doesn't leave me stranded! No way. So without any apology, or return call from ANYONE at that dealership after trading it in, I'm truly done with them and all Chryslers for the rest of my driving years. I'd like to denote: I used their website to write an email to their general manager. TWICE. Both times I received confirmation emails they were received. However, I'd just to get a call, text, or email back with ANY level of concern. I'd also like to denote during my second week without a van... calling into the dealership would sometimes take 25-30 rings (!) to get to a human being. More
So om December 19th, 8am dropped the van off. Airbag light is on and my power lift gate doesn't work. Nothing big. So no call sio I call at 1pm. They still dont know but will call me by 3pm. They are just finishing it up will call right back. Yup I realized at 8pm never got a call. So I call at 8am on December 20th. I get Denise who tells me my advisor Eric doesn't come in till 10am and will have to call cause i have no notes. Well NO CALL so i call around 1pm and get Denise again. I'm told Eric is at lunch and will be back in 30 minutes. I asked if the phones are working cause I'm yet to recieve a call. Well I get a call in 5 minutes from Eric. Wiring harness and a button it all covered under my warranty and just my $100 deductible. Well I call at 630 to check on my van. Oh we had to order the parts they will be here Thursday December 22nd. I say I need my van Friday December 23rd. So he tells me I can pick it up. No idea it will still have the seat apart yup foam and wires everywhere. Oh dont worry my one harm in my wheelchair I put it together. So now its December 26th I call to bring my van in the parts sould be in. Nope So now its December 29th still no parts So now its January 13th still no parts That brings us to till today January 17th still no parts. Except today when I called a lady answered. I hear Eric in the background somebody closed it out. I get backorder, i get the worker shortage, but a note on the door that says that's your time to meet with an advisor not to start working on the car. If I make appointments dentist, doctor, hair, nails, or really anything that tome is my time to be serviced not just meet with them. A text a email just like when they confirmed my appointment let me know your working on it. More
