I love servicing my car at Napleton. When I arrived at Napleton within minutes I was treated like gold!! I was told how long it wud take to service my car and was offered coffeee and snac When I arrived at Napleton within minutes I was treated like gold!! Terrible recall service on 2017 NSX. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. I have purchased or leased six cars in that time, the most recent being a 2017 NSX. The car had a major re I have been a customer for almost 20 years. I have purchased or leased six cars in that time, the most recent being a 2017 NSX. The car had a major recall to replace the gas tanks, and I paid for two new rear tires. As a result,of,the gas tank replacement the car can longer be driven straight, and has gone through multiple rear tires due to an alignment issue. They also damaged a wheel while replacing the tires I bought from them. Acura paid to replace the damaged wheel,at another dealership. They also installed defective tires which Acura also replaced at another dealership. I got a full refund from Amex for the defective tires. The car has subsequently spent 21 days for repairs due to faulty gas tanks and poor workmanship. Furthermore, since the gas tanks recall the car still can’t be driven straight over 40mph. This has been verified by a service director at another Acura dealership. Thanks for ruining my experience with your halo vehicle. Respectfully, Robert L. More
