I worked with Fran and William Hicks and they both were very accommodating. In the last two years I have moved 3 times and was also a student, both of which makes me unattractive to lenders. William ensured me he would be able to find me a car (something now needed for my current job) within my budget, given my credit situation and he did! More importantly, he was very encouraging and did not judge me once because of my credit. Additionally, he understood my reasons for moving and worked with lenders to assure them I was not a high risk. Thanks to him and Fran, I am now driving my first car, a brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra, without hurting my pockets. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Horrible Leased a car. Filled out all the paperwork including the closed end lease agreement, have a plate and registration and we purchased insurance. Got a c Leased a car. Got a call that we needed to bring the car back as the lease deal fell through with Honda Finance. We asked if we could try a finance with a different bank and they would not consider it nor even a co-signer. Left us no other option except to return the car. We are pretty sure there is some sort of issue with this car and not that could or could not get us financed. Never had a dealership or a General Manager not willing to do anything to salvage a deal. After calling several times as well as messages on her vm, without a returned call we unfortunately had to contact a consumer lawyer who specializes in spot on delivery and yo yo financing fraud. Sadly, we purchased 2 other vehicles from them and had 4 total American Honda loans before. We more than qualify for their loyalty program. We are being scammed. Be very very careful. If they are willing to screw previous customers like this, they will take advantage of anyone. We will do everything and stop at nothing to make sure this is a buyer beware dealership. More
