Apart from knowing all the features available, he went out of his way to demonstrate how everything works. The salespeople we dealt with at the other dealerships didn't even get close to that. Next we went for a test drive. Mario did not stop there, he understood our needs and demonstrated how the car provides for them. He felt our concerns and addressed them before we even vocalized them. He made us feel like we know and belong in the car. By the end even my phone was setup to run through the bluetooth of the stereo. The whole experience was very smooth and easy. It was an effortless buying experience. We will buy from him again for sure! More

Plays games, bait and switch, waste of time! This dealers sales game is a huge waste of time for most people who know what they want and the price they should pay. I searched their website and i This dealers sales game is a huge waste of time for most people who know what they want and the price they should pay. I searched their website and it said they have 7 Red Mazda6 Grand Touring in stock and the price is great. When I got there they had none in stock with the right color and only one in stock with a different color. Then I'm told that the internet price includes ALL rebates. Bait and switch! Nobody is eligible for all rebates! So the price goes up over $3500 just like that. Then they tried to give me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. You don't have the car I want, and you lied/mislead me about the price. NO THANKS. I went to Liberty Auto Mazda and walked out the door with a deal made and deposit down in less than an hour because they offered a fair price and didn't lie or mislead me about anything. More
