We called prior to arriving at the dealership (2 hour drive) and Shelby was there waiting for us upon arrival with the keys in her pocket. I found the dealership managers to be very honest and open about pricing and they were truly interested in earning our business. Shelby is someone new to selling cars but I was impressed at her knowledge and expertise. Her stated goal was to ensure we were happy (not to just sell us any car), and we left there very happy! She was not pushy and demonstrated extreme patience with us as we spent several hours at the dealership and had very specific expectations. Shout out to the pre-owned manager Jay who beat the internet advertised price and made us a great deal (no hidden fees as the other reviews stated, and we bought a certified pre-owned Mazda 6)! We would definitely purchase again from this dealership despite the 2 hour drive! More

Roger and the whole staff were very helpful and made us feel at home. My son is now a happy owner of a new Mazda3. More

From initial contact by Internet with Adam, contact and greeting from Leo Sanders, assistance with sale, warranty advice and financing from sales manager, Julian, to the completion of the deal and financing with Karri, every aspect of my purchase went very easy and well. I realize anyone could have a good day but I have purchased many, many vehicles in the past 50 years and 3 in the past 4 months, and having been in the insurance and financial services industry for 40 years, I can tell good people skills, value added and professionalism. These 4 people have helped me renew faith in dealing with business/client/customer relationships. Past on another BMW because of this type of problem in our "me, me, me" society. Anyway, good people to work with when buying a vehicle. The price was pretty good as well. More

Ask for Sam! We went in to look at a car for my son. He didn't like it very much. Instead of letting us walk, our salesman Sam showed us some other options.
