We came in there just to look at a car, but walked out buying a car because he was able to explain clearly and completely why this car would fit into our lives perfectly. We wanted to look at several other cars before we decided on the deal, but Leo was able to make us see that this car had everything that we really wanted in a car. He was very responsive to our concerns and very willing to negotiate so that we could get the deals that we could afford. Leo took us on a test drive and demonstrated all the features of the car that we ended up purchasing. He took us around the Mazda dealership to show us where we would get our car repaired, where we would wait, and the comfort features in the waiting room. Buying this car was pleasant experience, and Leo explained Mazda philosophy is to make all components of purchasing and services as pleasant as possible. Because I had such a bad experience in another dealership, I was only too glad to enjoy this pleasant experience! The Financial Manager, Jay and Jenna also made closing experience pleasant. I probably changed my mind 5 different times, but every time she brought out a new CX-5, she was still smiling. She helped me pick a CX-5 that was in my budget, but still everything I wanted in my first lease! Not only did she help me find the right car, but she helped me move everything from my old CX-7 to my new CX-5! She made my car buying experience memorable, in a good way.
