After they make the sale, they don't care I have had horrible experiences there ever since purchasing my car in December. It started when I purchased my car and they refused to give me tempor I have had horrible experiences there ever since purchasing my car in December. It started when I purchased my car and they refused to give me temporary plates (saying they "couldn't" do that, the first I've ever heard from ANY dealer). They then told me (incorrectly) that I could put one of the same plate on the back of my old and my new cars until I traded the old one in, which is actually illegal in Illinois; I discovered this is illegal when I acquired more than $200 in parking tickets in Chicago. Every single encounter I've had with them since has also been horrible. I just had work done on my car and had to have my wiper fluid receptacle replaced; I didn't discover until after I left that, of course, they never re-filled it. My sales agent, Luis, hasn't returned my calls or e-mails to him over the past few months, despite the repeated attempts to get a hold of him for various reasons. Clearly, once he made the sale, he doesn't care one bit about his [former] customers. Only Mike, the Sales Manager, has been actually helpful. Everyone else I've dealt with has been horrible. While they may be really great when trying to sell you a car, it's not worth the headache, frustration, and added cost to go here after that. Do yourself a favor and find another dealer, even if you have to drive a little farther away. More
