Great salesman and dealership! Went in to see about trading my car in that is 2 years old for a SUV. Wajeh was my salesmans and he was very professional and honest with me. He did bring to my attention how my current dealership, has not noted any of my services to Carfax and he probably saved me in the long run by me finding out now instead of later. Horrible, would never recommend to anyone! his has been the most horrible experience buying a car. We bought a used car at the dealership. The whole process took about 4 hours. The salesman wa his has been the most horrible experience buying a car. We bought a used car at the dealership. The whole process took about 4 hours. The salesman was going back and forth with the person in charge of finances, and giving us our options for pricing, monthly payments, and rate. Only towards the end when we decided to say no because the process was so frustrating and they were adding on more and more fees, they allowed us to speak with the person in charge of financing. They rushed us through the process since there were a few other people there in process of buying a car. Once we got home, we were looking through the paperwork and everything was for a mazda, we bought a vw touareg. We called them back the next day since they were closed that night, spoke to multiple managers who each asked to hear the whole story. One of the managers that lived by us said they would bring the paperwork over to the house because of the big mistakes they made. No one ever showed. We ended up driving all the way back to oak lawn mazda to request the correct paperwork. They gave us the corrected paperwork with the car that we bought. A manager then sent us new license plates through the mail saying we need to change them so they can be the correct license plates with the new paperwork. We did as they requested and sent the license plates off the car back to them. 10 months later, i go to renew the license plate sticker, only for them to tell me at the renewal office that this license plate on our car does not exist and we are driving with illegal license plates this whole time. I call the dealership for them to tell me what is going on and what information they have on the license plates, for the manager there to tell me that the correct license plates associated with my car are at the dealership and that i can go in to get them changed. They were even surprised as how messed up the whole process was of everything that happened with our car buying process. I went there the next day after my 12 hour night shift to try to get the problem fixed as soon as possible, for the manager Julian to be extremely rude. It took an hour for the correct license plates to be put on the car. I was very unsatisfied with everything that happened and the manager Julian being so rude. He asked me which form of payment i would provide to pay for my license plate sticker, i was hesitant after everything i went through, all the wasted time, gas money spent, and stress. There was no meeting point with julian, he said “ let me know if you will pay for it, if not i will put your old sticker back on and you can do it yourself.” He offered one free car wash. After everything that happened, and the rude customer service and attitude from the manager, and my time spent, i regret ever going to this dealership and i would never recommend anyone going here for anything. When you spend money on something valuable, you expect the best customer service possible. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Not worth your time, money, or stress!! More
