This young man is patient and holds great conversation. You completely forget that you have been in a car dealership for hours. The young man is clearly a seasoned veteran but will still go out a wash and hand dry a car for his customers. I cant thank you enough Leo. Had done lots of searching for a price within my budget. I get there and I really liked the 2016 and all the features it has. As I'm checking out the vehicle, Shelby mentions to me details and pricing regarding a new 2018 CX-5. I took it for a test drive and was indeed surprised. Process was long, due to another family purchasing a vehicle and the paperwork process is no joke, just like at any other dealership. Overall it was the best car sales experience I've ever had. I've purchased 2 other cars in the past from other places and I cannot remember the dealerships being so courteous and down to earth ensuring they understand my wants and needs. I am so in love with my 2018 CX-5. Thanks Shelby! More

The finance team worked to get me in the price range of the payments I wanted. The showroom, waiting area and amenities were nothing short of class. Pleasant Experience Roger Mayorga was my salesman. He was well informed on the vehicle and made me feel comfortable. Very pleasant and I was happy to work with him. He Roger Mayorga was my salesman. A few words to warrant considerations: Please do not forget to give your customers very clear explanations of your additional fees and explain the finance paperwork. If it takes 4 hours to get in the finance room, the last step should never be rushed through! More
