I decided I wanted to trade in my 2016 nissan Sentra that I bought from Oak Lawn Mazda for a vehicle that was updated and worked better for my lifestyle. I was very stressed and Leo helped me deal with my negative equity and got me into 2019 Mazda 3 which I absolutely love!!! Leo is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. I've worked with multiple dealerships and salesmen over the years. Oak Lawn Mazda and Leo Sanders have them all beat! They are always straight up and honest with me and the financial guys work hard on my deal which is never an easy one! I'll definitely be back when its time for another upgrade!! More

The start-up was sluggish, so I thought it might of been the spark-plugs or any type of electrical issue. Around this time, I was already due for service in my car so I thought to deal with all of it at once. Unfortunately, on my way over to the dealership, my car was loosing power so now I'm thinking the gas line is affected in some way. I go to the dealership thinking I'm just here to repair my car, but I had an open mind. During the diagnostic, I'm thinking to myself already about a possible trade-in because I'm too busy to deal with issues on my car and I need it everyday! I'm asking questions to a sales representative about the issues and a possible trade-in, at the same time I'm notified that the diagnostics is leading to trouble in the gas line. Now I'm 99.9% focused on a trade-in. The conclusion for me is that I left with a brand new vehicle, no money down, monthly payments barely changed, and I did not pay a cent on issues for the car I traded in. By far the best team I've seen working together! More
