The car buying process can be a drag. Our last purchase elsewhere made us proud owners of a LEMON. We needed a safe and reliable car for our college student and Shelby was AWESOME! She was super knowledg elsewhere made us proud owners of a LEMON. We needed a safe and reliable car for our college student and Shelby was AWESOME! She was super knowledgeable and even showed us maintenance records on the vehicle beyond what was listed on the CarFax report. She wanted to assure us that we weren’t purchasing a Lemon from this dealership. The entire staff here were very professional and a pleasure to work with - Brian, David and even others we didn’t work with directly were super helpful and accommodating. They made the process a lot more pleasant and far less of a drag. I would do business with them again! More

Wowwer! Buyer beware! So many issues, so much dishonesty, Wowwer! Buyer beware! So many issues, so much dishonesty, total lack of customer service. Purchased a car at the end of Oct. Worked with Dennis. Wowwer! Buyer beware! So many issues, so much dishonesty, total lack of customer service. Purchased a car at the end of Oct. Worked with Dennis. I went ahead & numbered issue. 1. Dennis quoted $950 for a 1 year warranty, or $1800 for 7 year bumper-to-bumper & powertrain. Not in addition, he specified it was a total of $1800, the $950 included. Then the price went up to $2k. Then $2400. In the finance office I'm told its actually close to $4k plus the $950. HUGE difference. I was made to believe by the finance guy that Dennis was completley new & this was his first car sale. So I dropped it. I then find out that Dennis has actually been with Mazda 3 years, but only at this dealership a couple months. I still didnt make a big deal of the massive mistake. 2. I had two discussions with Dennis about how I use satellite radio. One at his desk, the other sitting in the car as he showed me how to use the electronic system- a-ha/Pandora/etc. We had FULL BLOWN conversations about how I'm a teacher & get a discount on satellite. He told me, YES I had satellite radio on my car. Turns out I don't. I get that features change yearly on different trims BUT if he's been with mazda for 3 years, there is no excuse for him to sit there staring at the list of audio options, where XM Satellite is not listed & tell me it's on the car. Which is exactly what he did. The dealership is not willing to reimburse for the additional $60 system I have to purchase or even agree to a complimentary oil change to make up 3. When purchasing the car, i was promised by Dennis several things would be fixed on it. Some scheduled &some I asked for. It's a used car so there was minor body damage. Dropped the car off Monday, was told it would be ready Friday night to pick up. I called Friday & was told it was ready by their service department. I got there & the car was still at the body shop. The manager Brian called Dennis who asked him "why I would come in if he hadn't called me to tell me it was ready." Well maybe because: -we planned this when the car was purchased & we discussed pick up Friday multiple times - I never recieved a call from you (Dennis) to tell me there was a delay. - service told me it was ready to come in Brian promised the car would be delivered straight to me with an interior detailing & a full tank (see the next point on that). I then waited until Tuesday evening to hear anything from Dennis, & he sent me a text, not even a phone call. 4. When speaking with Brian Friday night, he was very dismissive. Acted like I was overreacting. He said "I don't get involved in what goes on between my salesmen and customers" Well maybe if you did these issues wouldnt be present. I then asked to speak with the head of the dealership. He lied and told me he was the top, there was no one to speak with over him. 5. Spoke with Dan the dealer principal after calling Mazda customer service & being given his info. He offered no help & nothing to compensate for the multiple huge mistakes made by his salesman. He also acted like I was over reacting & basically shrugged off everything I said. Only thing he took accountability for, was Brian telling me there was no one above him to talk to. However Dan called it "Brian protecting him" & said "I dont know why he feels like he needs to protect me". Hes not protecting you, hes protecting himself & lying to a customer. End of story. 6. Dan worked with my schedule & had my car dropped off to me. The interior detailing promised by both Dennis & Brian did not happen. Gas tank was at less than a quarter tank. Multiple other things that were supposed to happen in the 9 days they had my car were not done: - interior detailing - scratches on windshield not filled - marks on car that need buffed out left, a tube of self apply paint touch up left in car - gas tank not filled as promised (they are sending a $30 dollar gas card- that will not fill my tank) I checked with Dennis when I purchased the car & was told this was all in the service report. I confirmed the list with Service on the phone. I confirmed the list with Dennis on the phone. I confirmed the list with Dennis upon drop off. Only thing he did not know was the added gas fill up, that Brian the manager, should be responsible enough to make sure happened especially after the amount of issues they've caused. 7. There's a NEW dent on my passenger side door. The guy who dropped my car off saw it & took photos! Brian claims it didn't happen in their care. I know for a fact it did. I examined my car upon taking it to be dropped off. Brian claims they have gone "above and beyond". Replacing the bumper & fixing the scratch you were already planning to do before I purchased it, is not going above & beyond for me. So much dishonesty & lack of communication here. BEYOND unacceptable customer care. I cant understand how this place stays in business. More

Service Department seems more direct and efficient than Sales Department. Online scheduling of service is quicker than calling—no transferring of calls and being put on hold. i have no real complaints... Sales Department. Beware of everything they promise I bought a car Mazda CX-5 with full cash down payment last weekend. I was not offered any of the amenities such as oil-change, car and cargo mats, roo I bought a car Mazda CX-5 with full cash down payment last weekend. I was not offered any of the amenities such as oil-change, car and cargo mats, roof rails, etc as a courtesy. I have spoken to several Mazda owners, both in person and over Internet, and they have all got something like this as a courtesy. Further, the sales agents spoke as if one of these is going to be offered, but after I signed the deal they were curt and said nothing could be done. I don't think these matter to me but as a business it's not a good thing to treat customers WAY DIFFERENTLY before and after the deal. The finance guy was smug and HORRIBLE. He had a bad attitude about everything! He behaved as he is some economics PhD and I don't know anything. It IS HIS JOB to answer ALL my questions. Instead, he kept making faces when I asked him questions about the disclaimer and agreement. I wanted to walk out but I wanted it get it over with. FWIW, I have a PhD. More
