From entering the building, to the test drive, to snack options,to the signing of papers, I felt that I was being guided by people who cared about my needs and not sales representatives. All questions were answered and clarified and I felt comfortable making a decision. I was asked, "What can we do in order for you to walk out with your Mazda today?"
