Andrew was very informative and eager to answer my initial questions and concerns regarding the leasing process. After much discussion, we found the CX30 to be the best fit for me. After seeing the car in person, test driving it, and Andrew reviewing further features of the car I was confident this was the car for me. I love my new CX-30 AWD. It is a nice riding vehicle with a near premium interior and lots of good tech features. The salesman Aaron was terrific and so was Brian. No price integrity I went into Oak Lawn Mazda to purchase a car. After several scheduling issues I managed to get seated with a customer service rep and take a test driv I went into Oak Lawn Mazda to purchase a car. After several scheduling issues I managed to get seated with a customer service rep and take a test drive. We negotiated on a price and I had to speak to 2 additional managers for "approval". We agreed on a price and I patiently waited while they drew up the paperwork. After going back to the office one of the managers returned telling me that they would no longer be offering me that price and increased the price on me. I walked out after they went back on their word in the negotiation. I called the next day to speak to their GM, Sam. He said he was sorry to hear about the situation and that he would find me the same car (since the other one sold) and he would grant me the same price or beat it to earn my business. He found the car and then I never heard from him again. I left several voicemails for him and heard nothing back. Oak Lawn Mazda has shady business practices, doesn't hold themselves with integrity, and is not focused on customer service. More
