Exceptional New School Approach to Car Buying First off i came to this dealership after having a very bad experience at Napelton's Mazda Schaumberg. I was very frustrated and ready to just pick an First off i came to this dealership after having a very bad experience at Napelton's Mazda Schaumberg. I was very frustrated and ready to just pick another car manufacturer, but, i went online and read reviews and decided i would try Oak Lawn Mazda (well reviewed) and give the Mazda brand one last try. I am so glad that i did! I want to say a big thank you to Johnathan Sammons, Leo Sanders, and Abe Zabadneh! If you get anyone of these guys you will be well taken care of i guarantee it. We will be buying a car form here again in the future as will our friends and family who choose to have a Mazda. A little background from me for other shoppers reading reviews. I am a big believer in reviews, and i believe we as consumers have the ability to make changes by choosing wisely who we choose to support by determining where we spend our money and what behaviors we choose to reward and say are worthy of our business. So, if you are searching hopefully this helps you like it did me. I have owned several companies in the past and as a result i have had to purchase many vehicles for both company and personal use. In general, i hate the car buying process whether commercial or personal and its something that i dread having to do. The "old school" car guys (sorry old car guys) can be pushy and the process reminds me of my trips into other countries when you go to a market and its expected that you will be bartering and haggling to bring down an inflated price (no disrespect to other cultures, its just not enjoyable for me personally). This was absolutely not the case here! This for me was a new experience and i hope a new trend in the car buying industry. Out of all the dealerships and car buying experiences i have ever had, this place was by far the best. The people here treat you very professionally, respect your knowledge, and treat you fairly. If you are looking for a "new school" approach to buying a car, i would start here at Oak Lawn. If you enjoy being treated like an idiot and haggling, i'm sure there are a lot of other dealerships out there happy to oblige. More
