Lost the key lugnut during a rotation We had our tires rotated during an oil change. The service department didn't put the lugnut key back in the car. By the time we realized this, we were We had our tires rotated during an oil change. The service department didn't put the lugnut key back in the car. By the time we realized this, we were 90 minutes away. We called and asked if they still had it. No one ever responded to phone calls or emails. We had to have the key lugnuts cut off and all tires rekeyed resulting in $300 in service costs. We've taken the vehicle there for oil changes and they always take at least 2 hours, even with an appointment. More
