Its too late for me but save yourselves. DO NOT buy a vehicle at Napleton unless you like poor and dishonest service. They sold me an expensive warranty that they claimed was from jeep but is really a t vehicle at Napleton unless you like poor and dishonest service. They sold me an expensive warranty that they claimed was from jeep but is really a third party scam that only works (or doesnt) at Napleton and you have to go through a claims process hassle. Combined with their poor service makes the warranty worthless. For example, I had the seat back mechanism break on me and took it to the dealer. The service advisors told me I needed an appointment and they would need the vehicle for 3 days to take the seat apart and "figure it out". Took it to Arrigo where they told me it was a common problem that they could fix easy but of course the warranty couldn't be used there.😖. And another thing, why don't the mechanics have their own lugnut wrench socket instead of using yours and not putting it back? Two times they had me drive back to the dealership to get it back. I don’t write reviews but the poor quality and customer service of this company warrants the Time...My wife went to Napleton to get her tires rotated and the dealership was unable to balance the tires corr service of this company warrants the Time...My wife went to Napleton to get her tires rotated and the dealership was unable to balance the tires correctly. I ended up going to the dealership with her after the second time they were unable to balance the tires and witnessed the rudeness and incompetence of the dealer staff first hand. They talked down to my wife and we’re unable to correct a basic service (balancing tires...). I cannot say enough about the poor quality and poor customer service of this company. 🤢 please do not give this company your business. They seemingly talk down to women and are not competent mechanics. More

Napleton CDJR has one of the most welcoming and informative staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting. They do not pressure you into sales or anything while looking at cars and their service de informative staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting. I originally visited Napleton's Northlake Jeep service department for an airbag recall on my 2015 I 10/10 recommend Napleton's service department! I originally visited Napleton's Northlake Jeep service department for an airbag recall on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I had an experience where I felt like I was wrongly charged, prompting me to write a complaint. Not expecting any sort of reaction from the company, I was pleasantly surprised when the service director, Robb Minier, reached out to me about my experience. Robb was genuinely upset about the experience I had and sincerely wanted to make things right. He approached the situation with respect, compassion, apologized, and sincerely wanted to rectify the issue. Robb immediately refunded me the money that I was charged. Asking if there was anything else he could do to make things right, I asked if he'd be able to get the ticking noise coming from my vehicle fixed under my Jeep's Powertrain warranty. He promised he'd do his best to get this done for me. On Monday morning, Robb had me bring the Jeep into the service department so he could submit paperwork and pictures of my vehicle to Jeep to get the warranty coverage approved. Prior to my arrival to the service department, Robb even secured a brand new, sporty, and clean 300 Chrysler for me as a courtesy vehicle. By Monday afternoon, I heard back from Robb letting me know the warranty coverage had been approved. Robb went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that my vehicle could be fixed under the Powertrain warranty. This is a HUGE deal considering without the warranty the job would have cost me $5,000. I am beyond appreciative for his hard work and attentiveness to get this job done. This was EXCEPTIONAL service from Robb. By Monday night, Robb said the repairs would be fixed by tomorrow (Tuesday). This was exceptionally fast and amazing service, getting the job done quickly for me! By Tuesday afternoon, Robb was in touch with me stating that all of the repairs had been done perfectly and the Jeep was running smoothly. Not only was Robb able to get the repairs fixed flawlessly under my PowerTrain warranty, but he even went the extra mile to have my vehicle detailed and cleaned free of charge. I was blown away and extremely impressed by this! When I went to pick up my vehicle Wednesday afternoon, my Jeep sounded great without the ticking noise. The mechanics did an amazing job! The tires, rims, and paint were very shiny and the interior of my vehicle looked and smelled so clean! The guys who detailed my car did a flawless job! And not only that, but they even filled up my gas tank for me. Throughout this entire experience, Robb provided excellent customer service and communication skills. I can't speak more highly about the level of customer care and service he provided. He was constantly updating me, answering my questions, and ensuring I didn't go one minute thinking I wasn't being taken care of. Robb's communication skills, exceptional service, and care for his customer will be something I will never forget. I definitely recommend the service department at Napleton's Northlake. From the mechanics, to the detail service, to the service director, I was very pleased with all of the their work and the level of the customer service I received. Not only do they listen to the customer and genuinely care, but they provide EXCEPTIONAL service! I will definitely be going back for any future service check ups or repairs. And if you ever have any issues, ask for the service director Robb. He is truly amazing, provides exceptional service, and will take care of you. Robb, THANK YOU! More
