WHY the xxxx did i say yes. I don't know what they use to clean the engine compartment but since then I'm having problems starting the car when the engine is warm, before i would put the key and barely turn it and it would start, now it goes, tick........tick........vroom. I'm afraid I have to go to a real mechanic now and pay for a diagnostic test and repair. Oh yeah also they wax the car but didn't finish the buffing, the inside of the door jam was full of dry wax. Thanks Napletons More
Most Unprofessional Dealership I have EVER Dealt With! First off, I have a rust issue on the roof panel of my challenger. Per Dodge's All Vehicle 2016 handbook, my rust issue is covered under warranty. I w First off, I have a rust issue on the roof panel of my challenger. Per Dodge's All Vehicle 2016 handbook, my rust issue is covered under warranty. I was prompted to take my car to service and ask for digital imaging. After that was all said and done a quote was written up and supposedly "sent to Chrysler". I was told to check back in with someone named Angel. After calling and asking for him several times, two weeks went by and i finally go a hold of him. He told me he sent my request in and we are still waiting to hear back. He said he'd call me when they did. Another 2 weeks go by, no call. The following week i decided to just go in person to sort it out. when i go there i asked for Angel. Someone from the service desk told me he was no longer with the company. I said okay no problem i just need to know the status of my warranty claim. They asked my information and found that my request was NEVER SENT IN. The woman was very apologetic as she saw my frustration because i was told that my request was being processed 3 weeks ago. Here we go again... I had to go back over to get a quote written up then more digital images taken and was assigned a manager named Stefan who was going to be processing my claim. He gave me his personal cell phone to contact. A week goes by and i figured id give him the decency of calling his office phone before i go ahead and use his cell number. I asked the women on the phone if i could speak with Stefan and she forwarded my call. It went to voicemail so i left a message asking for him to call me back. No call back for a few days. I called his work phone again and left a voicemail again. Nothing. So i finally decided to use his cell phone number. I sent him a few texts throughout the week at reasonable times and still no response. I finally called his cellphone and no answer. left a voicemail and no response. At this point i really just wanted to know if it was sent in being as i did not want to deal with the process a third time. no response. I finally decided to walk in again. Seems like that is the only way anything gets done. I asked for Stefan and guess what?? They told me he was no longer there. I said okay fine again but i need to know if my warranty claim was sent in. I told the person my issue and then he told me that it will not be covered because by this time my car is over mileage!! I was fuming at this point. The service guy did not want to listen to anything else i had to say even though it clearly states in the Dodge 2016 handbook that any corrosion that can be seen on a metal panel is covered for 5 years. Now i am at a loss for what to do. I still to this day do not know if my claim was ever sent in. It has been over 3 months. I feel that this dealership is waiting me out. They are trying to send me away until my warranty is expired and nothing can be done. My entire experience here has been terrible! I will never reccomend anyone to go here for sales or service. I will no longer get my regular services here and i am taking my business elsewhere. I am getting a lawyer involved with this issue because i feel it has been unlawfully handled. I am typically a reasonable patient person but this had drawn me thin. This is the WORST dealership i have ever been in business with. No more. I hope no one has to go through the same and i will make sure with my ties in the automotive industry that this dealership is not reccomended. More

Extremely poor service from workers to manager I left my car to compete a recall which I was told was a two hours job, two and half days later I picked up my car. Everything was working when I lef I left my car to compete a recall which I was told was a two hours job, two and half days later I picked up my car. Everything was working when I left my car, on pickup the wipers were broken. I requested they fix them since they were working prior they told me I was a liar and they were broken before hand. What appears happened was they ran the wipers dry because it was apparent the blade looked burned. I will never recommend Napleton service to my worst enemy. What ever happened to the customer is always right. More
Horrible service department I purchases my 2015 RAM 2500 from this dealership it has only been serviced by them this whole time. I decided to do my own oil change when I removed I purchases my 2015 RAM 2500 from this dealership it has only been serviced by them this whole time. I decided to do my own oil change when I removed the air cleaner intake to get to the oil filter I found all the hose clamps broken from the mechanic using an air wrachet. I took the clamps to the service manager he told the parts department to replace them. The problem is that they don't sell one of the clamps seperately you have to purchase the whole pipe they refused to replace it because it has a cost of $300.00. I have had several other service related issues everytime I have taken my vehicle to this dealership. Stay clear of this dealer More

Service #1 I brought in a Jeep Wrangler Sport because the check engine light was on. I received an invoice from Adam that had bogus charges on it for a 4 X 4, the jeep is not 4 X 4. The response for the $350.00 bogus charge was, "Oh sorry about that!" "I must have hit the wrong thing." Three days later the engine light comes on and I bring it back in but it is running perfectly so I assume that this defective signal. I was invoiced for a fuel pump replacement, a water pump, oil gasket, and 4 X 4 alignment. $2900.00 Invoice. I pick the car up to take it for another opinion. I show the photos and invoice. He shared that the only way the fuel tank piece could have broken was by the last person who worked on the car. All of the repairs did not have to be done. He tightened some loose valves and hoses and sent me on my way. He said I should call the last person who worked on the car so I did. I relayed the information to Stephan who said he was offended that I would accuse his mechanic of this mistake. I explained that I was relaying what I had been told. He said he would contact me when he heard from the manufacturer. I have not heard from him and that was last Thursday. Stephan is also aware of another issue that I have with another vehicle. Issue #2 Issue #2 I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara in October 2016. I have brought the car in on 2 separate occasions for an oil leak. I have an extended warrantee. It has never been fixed. Frankly, after bring in my car and something being suspiciously broke on my car, I am afraid to even bring my car in to this service department again. It seems if you do not have a warrantee your service department will fix for a hefty price but if you have a warrantee they cannot repair the issue. Stephan knew this history and said he was on my side. I do not believe this because of his complete lack of follow up. More

Took it back to them when I had the chance, they diagnosed another problem, fixed it within hours and NO CHARGE! My service advisor Aaron Killian was terrific, took great care of me along with the techs and everyone else at the service department. I would not take my Jeep anywhere else. They have a great lounge area too with free coffee. More
TERRIBLE SERVICE, KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP, BEWARE OF THIS NORTHLAKE JEEP DEALERSHIP! First of all, let me say I've got a pretty awesome Jeep Wrangler JK which I've very fou HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP, BEWARE OF THIS NORTHLAKE JEEP DEALERSHIP! First of all, let me say I've got a pretty awesome Jeep Wrangler JK which I've very found of and take great care of...and so don't mind taking to the dealership once in a while if needed. However, after my recent experience, I won't be taking it back to this service department again. It started with a RECALL NOTICE I received in the mail that said my airbags may possibly not deploy correctly so I should bring it in. I did just that..but when I received the vehicle back, every few days the airbag light would flash on for a minute or two and then go out...no biggie, perhaps a loose wire or something, right? It's the dealership, people pay premium, overrated prices to get great service, so I called them up again and setup an appointment to fix the issue. Their "drop-off" took 45+ minutes of waiting just for the service technician to simply grab my keys and move the car...even after having an appointment which I was on time for.... why call it a drop-off when it's not...they already know the issue, it's in the computer...but again, whatever... they made me late to my next appointment but whatever, I kind of expected this because mediocre service because I've dealt with them before but figure this is a recall and safety issue so I'll just deal with it. After looking the Jeep over, they call me and say that, although the airbag light goes on intermittently, it "could have been an existing issue", so they can run an engine diagnostic for $150 and take that price off the price of repairs. I'm like WHAT? Why? I have a check engine light that occasionally goes off because of a bad gas cap but completely unrelated to an airbag... I don't want an engine diagnostic...I just want the Jeep working correctly as it was prior to them working on it.... besides, we all know that it's never the initial price...that's the price they will take off "if" you have them repair some issue...wow, like they were doing me a favor ONLY charging me $150 for not doing my car right...and could possibly charge me an extra $300, $400, or whatever else....in the end, service won't look into the problem without this NEW charge that they themselves created!! Understand that the air bags were working just fine before they ever even touched it .... and that the 'Engine Light' they claimed was needed to see if that was related...doesn't even use the same electrical network as the airbags do....so what the service department was saying was blatantly untrue. I'm still at my appointment, so I figure screw it...it's probably a loose wire and will just do it myself...but low and behold... after driving it off of the dealership parking lot that night...the light is now not blinking, but is PERMANENTLY...not only did they not do the job right the first time... try to charge me for a fix which THEY caused... but they messed up the 2nd time too... and now the light permanently stays on with an additional warning that the airbags won't be deployed at all...what kind of service is that??? This is a lawsuit waiting to happen...all because they wanted to skim a few bucks off of a customer??? Really?? I live and work in Palm Beach Gardens and expect much better service from a local dealership, but I won't be using this dealership anymore...if you value your time and money...and your safety..... DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO NAPLETON'S NORTHLAKE JEEP DEALERSHIP! Please note: If you want a credible review for this dealership, look no further than YELP reviews...I've attached an image below and as you can clearly see, they get a 1 1/2 star.....this place sucks.
