5 stars for DAVE MARSHALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called Napleton Chrysler today for about the sixth time to talk about a wrongful charge and diagnosis on my Town & Country last week. I was connect I called Napleton Chrysler today for about the sixth time to talk about a wrongful charge and diagnosis on my Town & Country last week. I was connected to DAVE MARSHALL, who understood my concerns about my car's diagnosis, and how it went horribly wrong. I had a window and power sliding door that weren't working, I needed to drive the car 1300 miles back home to Connecticut. I originally dealt with Aaron Clark, a service advisor who stated I needed over $4300 in repair and maintenance, which would take 5 days, and there was "no way" to simply put up my window(without paying $650) to go home. AFter much deliberation and stress, my husband flew down to Florida to help me get the window up and drive back home to my dealership in CT to be fixed. However, once home, it turns out my van DIDN'T need all of the work Mr. Clark said it needed to fix the window and door. It was a wire that needed to be repaired, which took my local dealer less than 2 hours to fix. I tried numerous times to get through to Pat Lannon, the service manager, but I just kept getting voicemails. I was put through to Dave Marshall this morning, who listened to my entire story and fully understood where I was coming from and why I was so upset and disappointed with the service at this dealership. I truly appreciate the conversation, and he really put my mind at ease and agreed that my car was improperly diagnosed, if it even was diagnosed. He truly understands what it means to treat customers with respect, and I'm grateful I was able to speak with him today. I have friends that are both customers of Napleton, and originally they were so disgusted with what happened to me that they vowed not to use them ever again. I'm happy to report that there is at least SOMEONE at Napleton Northlake that has exemplary customer service skills. Thank you so much, Dave. You addressed my concerns perfectly. All this done with a smile and a greeting that made everything perfect. I am extremely impressed by him. He has an outstanding and wonderful sense of communication, excellent manners, and incredible experience. He deserves a special thank you for his ready smile, his kind attention, and his generous time dedicated to helping me. I consider myself most fortunate to have him as my service adviser. Don't get taken of advantage of here! I brought my car to Napleton's to have repairs done. They diagnosed it as the alternator, and fixed it under the extended warranty. I paid my $100 deductible and got my car back a few days later. It was still having problems. I took it to the Cadillac dealership, and they alerted me that the alternator Napleton's put in was after market and not sufficient for the car. I have ended up getting yet another alternator and paying an additional deductible to have the problem fixed. This type of unscrupulous and deceptive practice needs to be reprimanded and properly handled by a responsible agency. More

In for a problem in the column of the steering wheel...still not fixed, they said my battery was dead and wanted to charge me over $200 for a battery. went to Auto Zone and battery was fine...so it was not the battery...still have the problem with the steering column...5 years later. I am suppose to get a free car while my jeep is in the shop...they changed their minds...??? The "customer care specialist", Lynn said she would make an appointment for me to come back in and get everything resolved ( much more than I have mentioned) and she never called me back...7 months ago...SMH. I have had so many aggrevating situations with NAPELTON SERVICE DEPT!! THEY STINK!!! THEY'RE AWEFUL !!! And it's mainly the management promising thy'll fix the problem, then bail out. And obviously...THE MECHANICS DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY are doing either. It makes feel like I wish I NEVER BOUGHT FROM NAPELTON !!! It makes me feel like selling my Jeep because they have not honored the warranty nor fixed any problems. I have to keep going back and going back and calling and calling and still get no where. It sucks!! AND PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH THE DEALERSHIP!!! THEY NEED TO KNOW!! More
Two unpleasant experiences Had my son drop my car off for it's oil change on Friday. When he got home the bill he paid was more than double what it should be. Based on my invoice, they put the wrong oil in my car. I called the svc dept and returned to the service center immediately; guy over the phone told me it was a myth when I said my car needed specific oil, they were closed by the time I drove back down there. I Returned the next day. They said they didn't put the wrong oil; they just charged me the wrong price. They also rotated tires that should not have been rotated. And Christopher's manager seemed Most annoyed with Me when I asked why Misc. Fees were not refunded, after wasting my time (5 hrs total), gas and mileage making three trips there to get one oil change done. Last year, 2 weeks after my service my engine light started coming on, then my brake light. Popped the hood, no brake fuid, obviously the "Free" multipoint inspection wasn't done. Love Christopher and Scott though. They really do try to help. More
