When I pulled onto Napleton's lot I was on the phone with my son. As I parked my car Todd was standing outside as though he was waiting just to serve me. I then asked Todd "are you waiting just for me" and o my son. As I parked my car Todd was standing outside as though he was waiting just to serve me. I then asked Todd "are you waiting just for me" and of course with a big smile he said yes. I asked him if he would speak to my son who would tell him exactly what I was looking for. There was that smile again he took the phone and the rest is history. I thank you Todd for making this a wonderful experience from start to finish. More

We bought our last two cars at Napleton's. I've had these cars serviced there for the last six years. It was time to trade in one of the cars and get a NEW Jeep. Robb is always good to deal with and is one of the principal reasons we return to this dealer for service. We've had other service writers when he has been away and they have not been nearly as frien principal reasons we return to this dealer for service. Very positive experience EXCEPT, price quoted was not price charged !!!! There was a charge for "shop supplies" never mentioned at time the car was brought in. The service adviser was exceptionally n price charged !!!! There was a charge for "shop supplies" never mentioned at time the car was brought in. The service adviser was exceptionally nice and very accommodating. I don't think the charge for shop supplies had anything to do with the service advisor. This seemed to be a dealership policy. I'd rather the cost of the service include ALL costs as opposed to "hidden". More

Dustin always helps me with my service issues. He gets everything fixed the first time. He never gives me a BS answer like, "Couldn't duplicate customer complaint."
