VERY MISLEADING!! Do not believe their internet pricing!! The price they have listed and what they will quote you at over the phone and in writing is not what is truly the price they are selling the car for. The internet pricing includes "all available rebates" but in order to get that price you have to actually qualify for all of them!! Very poor sales practice and would never give them my money. More
Well they made it impossible for us to buy the Dodge Challenger. After confirming on Monday twice that the internet pricing is good for us with Dave, Steve we finally come over Tuesday afternoon. We wanted to make sure that it is worth driving 4 hour drive to this dealership. So instead of making this a quick transaction by trading our car and writing a check for the new car, your sales person and your sales manger gave us the run around and asked for over $1,000 over the agree price plus additional fees. This was not what we agreed twice on on the phone and we asked for the original agreed pricing. These people took way too long to even give us an answer. They wanted our credit card to demonstrate that we were serious. Guess what, we drove 4 hours! So we decided this is not a way you treat us as customer and we requested our car key back, withdrew our offer and left. The two phone messages from these folks a few minutes later, now offering to sell us the car for the original agreed price, was too little too late. The process of trying to squeeze more money, not staying to your agreement and then letting us wait and wait, does reflect very poorly on this dealership. We went across the street and are now very happy owner of a band new car. Great Pricing, very friendly people and they even matched their competitors Autotrader pricing without any haggle. More

Very poor customer service, does not communicate or return calls when vehicle left at service center. Took over 5 hours for an install that was quoted at needing 2.5 to 3 hours max. Took vehicle in for service problem after purchase and did not get return calls when seeking status of vehicle. Due to work equipment being in vehicle at time service department closed I had to miss a day of work. The general manager didn't return calls during this time either. Very poor customer communications and do not return calls. Took over 30 days to have a promise to install from original purchase contract to have item installed. I will never do business with this dealership now that the promised item has been installed over 30 days late. More

I have purchased well over 30 vehicles in my lifetime and this dealership should be proud to have individuals who treat the dealership as if it were their own. After an extremely disappointing experience with Arrigo Dodge the prior 5 days, I went to Napleton. They were very informative, helpful, professional, speedy and courteous. I arrived at the Napleton to see a used Jeep that was advertised on the internet. When I got there the the Jeep was sitting up front. I was notified that they were in the process of buying the car. Battaglia was very apologitic. He then told me I could get a new Jeep at almost the same price. He got on his computer and checked what was available. We took it out for a test drive and I told him how much I could afford. He took it to the buisness manager Dan Mosher and told him what i would pay. Dan went looking and found a lender that would take me and got it lower than what I had said. These guys worked very hard to have me leave Happy. I difenetly would recomend this Dealership and especialy Gary T. Baattaglia. More
Worst service in any industry ever!!! First they cross threaded my lug nuts by using a air wrench, when any self respecting auto mechanic would know you have to start them by hand. When I brought it back threaded my lug nuts by using a air wrench, when any self respecting auto mechanic would know you have to start them by hand. When I brought it back they said they could not get the lug nuts off, wow is all I could think being that was the reason I came in for in the first place. Then they tried to say they could not do the work because they could not find the lug nut for my rims anywhere. Which of course was a lie! I know this was a lie because I had to get them myself or they would not do the work, and I found them at a shop right down the street from them 10 minutes later and dropped them of no more than 15 minutes after they called me to try and get out of the work. When I arrived they then told me my jeep was in parts and I could not take it home because the part would not be for 3 days. I told them this was unexceptionable and would need a loner or a rental. Alan the service rep then proceeded to tell me that all their loners are out and that there were no more rentals where they normally rent from, so I was out of luck. Now I had no car what so ever! I asked Alan if I find a car to rent will you cover it. Alan said he had to clear rental, came back told me to get the rental. When I came back to pick up my car with the receipt in my hand for the rental Alan acted like he knew nothing about it. He then proceeded to tell me that he wasn't sure if they would cover the rental. This is when I knew he had lied to me and it was going to be an uphill battle. He gave me his service manager name (Robert Corman) and number. I promptly gave him a call 3 times that day and did not hear back from him until mid morning the next day. He then proceeded to tell me that is was not their policy to do rentals or loners, which was never mentioned to me by Alan. Alan stated that they were simply out not that it wasn't their policy. Robert the service manager then started to pat himself on the back for fixing my car with no questions, which to me seems ridiculous!! Being that they did my tire rotation 3 months before and my tires have not come off the vehicle since. I told him this was unexceptionable and I wanted to talk to his superior. He gave me a customer service number that did absolutely nothing, they only repeated everything he said. Had I know it was not there policy to do rentals or loners I would never have gotten a rental now im out $400. It would of been cheaper to take a taxi to work for the 3 days. So now I hope people read this and stay away from this shady dealership, they will lie to your face and send you in circle which will get you no where. Save your money and go to a different dealership. One very unsatisfied PAYING customer! Robert McClean More

Staff in sales and service departments were rude and I did not have a good experience buying a car here. I happened to get a great deal because it was the end of the month and they said they were short on did not have a good experience buying a car here. I happened to get a great deal because it was the end of the month and they said they were short on their sales for the day. I love my new car, but I did not enjoy the experience of getting it. The girl on the phone for the service department was also not helpful or pleasant to talk to. I have now been going to Delray Hyundai. They are much nicer and very helpful. More
