Great buying experience with James Thomas he made it a easy! It was a nice experience right when I came through the door to look at the dodge Ram truck. Didn't think I would make a deal the first day looking but with as nice experience I don't think anyone would have been better than James Thomas. Also the finance guy was great as well I believe his name was Sal, very nice guy! Keep up the great customer service!! More

Terrible service I took my jeep in on Saturday due to having a light on, while at it I figured I'd have everything looked at. Monday, I received a call letting me know I took my jeep in on Saturday due to having a light on, while at it I figured I'd have everything looked at. Monday, I received a call letting me know That there were quite a few things that needed to be fixed which I was ok with and told them to just take care of everything mean while I was told it would be ready later that day, I then received a call saying sorry, I didn't recieve the part but it will definitely be ready tomorrow. I call quite a few times no answer finally I recieve a call back only to tell me my car will NOT be ready.. I kept calm no worries. Today, I pick up my car when I go to leave $1000 later my horn starts going off and will not stop. I call 5 times and can't get the guy who was helping me on the phone when I finally drove back to the dealership, I asked for a loaner car since I needed to get back to work and he tells me he doesn't have any available and doesn't even offer me a ride. they take a look at my car and disconnect the horn until they order a new part which they expect me to pay for.. Absolutely, ridiculous considering I just paid you $1000 to fix everything including the horn.. They also left their trash in my car (coconut water bottle) I will not be returning to them!!! More

My wife and I both inquired repeatedly about a vehicle, and each time we did with an offer, they would tell us that what we offered sounded great and they could do it. Based on that, my wife and I took time off to drive the almost TEN hours to get there, only to be called back by a very, very rude female manager who 1) lied to my wife about being the person making the decision about prices (so that she could play a good cop/bad cop routine I guess?) and 2) laughed at me when I repeated my offer and then wouldn't even let my wife speak about why she was offering the price (which was FAIR) that they had previously agreed to. Bottom line - this dealership and its management will rip you off and not honor the agreed price. They will also be rude, condescending, and incredibly sketchy when you communicate whatsoever with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. More

My Nightmare Well, I've tried to be very optimistic and positive about my past experience at Napleton's, but my horrible experience has gone too far. I originally Well, I've tried to be very optimistic and positive about my past experience at Napleton's, but my horrible experience has gone too far. I originally took my car in to get an oil change, inspection, a flat tire fixed, and to see if they could pin point a squeaky noise coming from the rear of my car. I was very upfront about my lack of car knowledge, and was aware that my 2006 Jeep probably needed more work done than what I initially brought the vehicle in for. My goal was for the service team to be on the same page as me, and to take care of the issues I had brought my car in for and not to take my lack of knowledge for granted to oversell me on less important details. Unfortunately, I have now spent nearly $1,000 and my car is just as squeaky as before. Sure, part of the $1,000 includes the oil change, inspection (they covered), fixed flat tire, but I was told by replacing the rear rotors, rear brake pads, and front and back differential fluid that the squeaky, annoying sound would be gone... it's louder than ever!! In conclusion, my nightmare is true. When people told me to get a second opinion, I ignored them because I trusted Napleton's staff to take care of me. I am not pointing fingers at anyone in particular, but I truly feel like I was misled and betrayed by a company (Chrysler) that my family has always driven. Being new to Florida, Napleton's was the first car place I have taken my car to get serviced. Let's just say, I'm 0 for 1... More

Still waiting for my trade-in to be paid off. Had to make additional payment on trade-in in the interim. Can't get refund for service contract on trade-in until proof of lien satisfaction. Can't get promised Nav upgrade until loan is in place. Numerous calls, emails to dealership go unreturned. Worst experience ever. If I could get my truck back and return the Jeep I would. More
