Helpful and Clear I was looking to purchase a new car and decided to stop by Napleton's to look at some Jeeps. I was helped by Jorge De La Rosa (can't forget a name lik I was looking to purchase a new car and decided to stop by Napleton's to look at some Jeeps. I was helped by Jorge De La Rosa (can't forget a name like that) who was helpful in showing me around the dealership and at their selection of Jeeps, he wasn't overbearing either like many car salesmen tend to be which I found fantastic. Honored Pricing Went to purchased a particular Jeep Wrangler Unlimited advertised on Auto Trader website, had a misunderstanding as to the availability of this partic Went to purchased a particular Jeep Wrangler Unlimited advertised on Auto Trader website, had a misunderstanding as to the availability of this particular vehicle and left the dealership that day. I was contacted by their G.M. DJ a few days afterwards and was told they could find another vehicle identical the the one advertised for the same advertised price. We purchased the vehicle a few days later after locating it for us. All the staff was wonderful to work with and made our car buying experience a great one. More

BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM DEALER COMPLETELY DISHONEST Don't waste your time here. They lie and misrepresent their pricing. Dishonest and foul!! Service department poor Called on Wednesday to make an appointment for an oil change for Friday morning. I was told that I did not need to make an appointment and to just com Called on Wednesday to make an appointment for an oil change for Friday morning. I was told that I did not need to make an appointment and to just come by and I would be taken care of within an hour. An hour and 10minutes goes by and I ask how long until the car will be ready. I am told 20 more minutes because there were cars ahead of me?? Seriously.......How long does an oil change and tire rotation take???? I have taken my 2015 keep wrangler here 4 times now and have had problems every time. Trying another dealer next time for sure. More

A little Perplexed I recently had brake work done that equated to $4,500-. The oddity isn't in the price (even though quite high), but rather who solicited the services. Needless to say, the bill is currently in our review department. For their sake, it is hoped that the price is adequate!! One would hate the ramifications for poor integrity. There are federal laws that are designed to protect consumers, and media entities ready to expose unlawful price gouging.
