Here are some arguments in support of my stateme Napleton's CDJ Dealer service on Northlake is a business designed to rip off the unsuspecting client. Here are some arguments in support of my statement: -When I brought my car for the 15k mile service the odometer was showing 15,715 miles and I wrote it down for myself before handling the keys. This is the number I also found in the invoice that I was handled in the end and was listed as both "mileage in" and "mileage out". However, when they returned me the car the odometer was showing 15,724 miles which is 9 mile extra! When I confronted the person I was directed to (Stephen Romaine ?? not sure about the spelling) he said that very extensive road testing was required to check the wheel alignment, something we both knew was a deliberate lie. The truth is, they will run their errands with your car hoping that you are not checking your mileage in/out. -An issue that I had when I brought the car was a small wood screw puncturing one of my rear tires, not even on the side, of a very common type. When I asked them to plug it, the so called "advisor" replied that unfortunately fixing the tire was impossible. It is only when I asked him to leave it as it was and stated that I will never buy new tires from this dealership, then he acknowledged that it could be plugged (which in the end they easily did). -I made the tremendous mistake of purchasing a 15k miles maintenance package (close to $250) and they enumerated a list of services included. Among them, I distinctly remember the A/C cabin filter replacement, being aware that this is Florida and the A/C is running all the time. Once I came back home and checked the youtube video on how to access this filter (quite easy) I found the old, dirty one still in place! Who knows what else...I will never be back there More

I visited the dealership back in December 2017 on a fact finding mission for a 2018 Ram 1500 Sport, Marcos met me in the parking lot and I explained to him I was not ready to purchase but only wanted information. Marcos was patient and provided all the information I wanted, he even allowed me to test drive a similar truck. As I was getting ready to leave Marcos introduced me to Scott and he wanted to know why I wasn't ready to buy then, I explained and told him the truck I wanted they didn't have. He suggested I special order the truck and allowed me to put only $40.00 down. I picked up my truck today and everything they promised they delivered and some!! I highly recommend Marcos Rodriguez and Scott for your buying needs!! More

When we explained to the sales representative that this was not the vehicle discussed and provided him with the email information, he proceeded to tell us that he couldn't find the vehicle. He then stated that the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler) was in your auto shop 3 month with a computer issue which your maintenance department could not figure out. It was at this point that we were told that Mr. Farigua had made a mistake and they could not honor the price he had given us in writing (email). This was the end result after being there for more than an hour of runarounds. More

Terrible service Worst dealer ever. Won’t buy or recommend someone to buy a car from them, no matter if is used or new especially from Jeep, dodge from Northlake, Wes Worst dealer ever. This place is full of dishonest people, from their sales people to their managers, all they care about is the money and cars rolling out of their place. Everything started when they had the car with one price online and ended up paying a lot more for all the things they added up saying it was necessary and without that I couldn’t get the car. It’s amazing how they don’t take responsibility for a car that I bought only 30 days ago. Yes it is a used and you buy it as it is, however, I can take a scratch or bad radio or even bad window for a $5.000 car without a warranty but the finance people made me get the warranty for $3.000 because without that I couldn’t get the car. I am paying $25.000 for used car not $5.000 or $10.000 no, $25.000!!! You are supposed to take care of your customer because if I am buying a $25.000 used car today I might come back later to buy a new $60.000 car in 5 years that is something you don’t see, all you care is what you sell today. It is a $25.000 car that they said it passed their inspection but two weeks after I bought it, I had to take it back because it felt bad when I was driving and the guy that tested the car, Mr. Ivanov said it was fine, nothing wrong with the car you can trust the service people they do a “28 point inspection”, guess what? 10 days later I took it back because it was worst and now they are telling me “yes, there is a problem with a tire and something else and you have to buy 4 tires and pay for the repair of the car, I had to ask about the SUPER “28 point inspection” and all they said was: you bought as it is. I am paying for a $3.000 warranty but they tell me that doesn’t cover the tires and that you should felt the problem as soon as you buy it. Is stupid even if you feel the problem when you buy it they don’t cover the tires so what’s the point on feeling the issue 1 day or 30 days later. If my tires blows up because of that problem they don’t care, all they have in their mouth is you bought as it is and it passed our 28 point inspection. They are selling used cars with issues and saying it passed their stupid inspection but is a lie, last inspection my car got was February and I know that because I have the paper work so it’s been more than 8 months since the last inspection and now they want to blame the problem on me. Met James our salesperson told him about our bad experience at the other dealerships we visited. Immediately he went to work and found what we were looking for and the price we wanted. I arrived frustrated and beat down, I left satisfied and will tell anyone and everyone to shop here before they go anywhere else. My future purchases will be with this dealer and sales staff. More
AWFUL!!! On July 31 I had an appointment to get an oil change, a coolant flush, and a recall all of which should've taken no more than two hours. The appointment was at 7:45 AM The car was not finished until 6 PM that day. I called at 2 o'clock to find out when the car will be finished and Scott said that the car should be done between 45 minutes and an hour that he would call when the car is complete. Now Scott did call when the car was supposedly completed at 4:15 I arrived at the dealership at 4:36 and the car was still being worked on even after he said that it was done. I spoke to the manager who said that he would make it right but still have not heard back. On top of that when I did the appointment online it stated that the cost of the appointment would be $169.99 and it came out $50 more (not counting tax) when I asked why they explained that there are additional fees that are not stated online. And to make things better I asked for a pamphlet for warranties the service department said that the sales department would have one and when I went to the sales department I found a gentleman and he said well we don't have any we are out so I went to another lady in the sales department and she called over the financial department which happened to be the same guy who I just spoke to and it turned out they did have pamphlets all they had to do was print one but he was too lazy to find it the first time I asked. This will be my last trip to the service department and sales department I will never buy another car or service vehicle with Napleton because of the lack of service and honesty. More
