screw up worst place ever, had a airbag recall on my jeep, and a coupon for oil change few days later found some uncleanable finger stain on both front fende worst place ever, had a airbag recall on my jeep, and a coupon for oil change few days later found some uncleanable finger stain on both front fenders and passenger doors, then this week i was out of washer fluid so i went to fill it up and found my oil cap stock on top of the engine, i've been driving 2000 miles since then and i live on a dirt road. this is not the first time i have problems with them and swore i would never return but because of the recall i went anyway, UPDATE: Went to the dealer the service mgr offered a new oil change and cleaning of engine compartment plus complete detailing if I took my review down. WHY the xxxx did i say yes. I don't know what they use to clean the engine compartment but since then I'm having problems starting the car when the engine is warm, before i would put the key and barely turn it and it would start, now it goes, tick........tick........vroom. I'm afraid I have to go to a real mechanic now and pay for a diagnostic test and repair. Oh yeah also they wax the car but didn't finish the buffing, the inside of the door jam was full of dry wax. Most Unprofessional Dealership I have EVER Dealt With! First off, I have a rust issue on the roof panel of my challenger. Per Dodge's All Vehicle 2016 handbook, my rust issue is covered under warranty. I w First off, I have a rust issue on the roof panel of my challenger. Per Dodge's All Vehicle 2016 handbook, my rust issue is covered under warranty. I was prompted to take my car to service and ask for digital imaging. After that was all said and done a quote was written up and supposedly "sent to Chrysler". I was told to check back in with someone named Angel. After calling and asking for him several times, two weeks went by and i finally go a hold of him. He told me he sent my request in and we are still waiting to hear back. He said he'd call me when they did. Another 2 weeks go by, no call. The following week i decided to just go in person to sort it out. when i go there i asked for Angel. Someone from the service desk told me he was no longer with the company. I said okay no problem i just need to know the status of my warranty claim. They asked my information and found that my request was NEVER SENT IN. The woman was very apologetic as she saw my frustration because i was told that my request was being processed 3 weeks ago. Here we go again... I had to go back over to get a quote written up then more digital images taken and was assigned a manager named Stefan who was going to be processing my claim. He gave me his personal cell phone to contact. A week goes by and i figured id give him the decency of calling his office phone before i go ahead and use his cell number. I asked the women on the phone if i could speak with Stefan and she forwarded my call. It went to voicemail so i left a message asking for him to call me back. No call back for a few days. I called his work phone again and left a voicemail again. Nothing. So i finally decided to use his cell phone number. I sent him a few texts throughout the week at reasonable times and still no response. I finally called his cellphone and no answer. left a voicemail and no response. At this point i really just wanted to know if it was sent in being as i did not want to deal with the process a third time. no response. I finally decided to walk in again. Seems like that is the only way anything gets done. I asked for Stefan and guess what?? They told me he was no longer there. I said okay fine again but i need to know if my warranty claim was sent in. I told the person my issue and then he told me that it will not be covered because by this time my car is over mileage!! I was fuming at this point. The service guy did not want to listen to anything else i had to say even though it clearly states in the Dodge 2016 handbook that any corrosion that can be seen on a metal panel is covered for 5 years. Now i am at a loss for what to do. I still to this day do not know if my claim was ever sent in. It has been over 3 months. I feel that this dealership is waiting me out. They are trying to send me away until my warranty is expired and nothing can be done. My entire experience here has been terrible! I will never reccomend anyone to go here for sales or service. I will no longer get my regular services here and i am taking my business elsewhere. I am getting a lawyer involved with this issue because i feel it has been unlawfully handled. I am typically a reasonable patient person but this had drawn me thin. This is the WORST dealership i have ever been in business with. No more. I hope no one has to go through the same and i will make sure with my ties in the automotive industry that this dealership is not reccomended. More

Had to go back 3 times because they didn’t have my second key, when I returned they said my trunk latch had a recall. Then went to fix it and said radio needs updating. The service dept takes forever!! With my previous challenger I made appt for an oil change and when I arrived they told me they were short staffed and wait was 3 hours. When I said i had an appointment they told me sorry. LAZY !!!! More

At first it was Hyundai now it's Dodge Jeep and Ram team. I bought a pre-owned Kia Sorento and took it back less than 24hrs later because of a humming sound coming from the wheels. They changed that no problem, less than a week later the battery died and I took it in to have them check it and one of the sale manager Chad said it's a sales man issue and I have to wait until he comes in. So........my guess is that the sale person has more authority than Chad who is a sales manager? So they want me to wait 2hr for the sales person to tell the sales manager to give me a battery. Oh and they sold car that I don't think even went through an inspection. Because the licence plate light is not working as is one of the headlights, the windshield wipers need to be changed also. But I'm not complaining about those minor issues, my issue is that the lack of professionalism from a management perspective. I guess I should be shouting and behaving in a rude manner to get things done at napleton Hyundai, Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I would not recommend this dealership at all and Im sorry I came back to get a second car here. Never again... And to top it all off it took over 8hrs to get my car fixed and they claimed to have washed it, however, I had to send it to get washed a second time because it was still a mess. Awesome job to Scott from servicing and my sale rep Chris.. really good customer service from those two guys. It's people like those that will make the difference in this company. Because I called my sales rep and he was not scheduled until 11am but he came in early to help me with he issue. But management there sucks and they need to learn from their sales rep and service rep. More

Brutally unprofessional! Had a deal worked out with sales Rep Larry. Had everything confirmed in writing with stock numbers and VIN. Drove over an hour to the dealership spent 30 minutes looking at the car and filling out paperwork only to then be told that the manager who had approved the deal had been looking at another very similar car but could not make our AGREED UPON deal work. Before I left another manager came over to see what he could do. He was woefully ill informed and didn't even know that I had a deal in writing that was now not being honored. At least he offered me $25 in some fuel (tank was already mostly full). Mistakes happen I get it and I know they felt bad but shows a lack of professional pride and unwilling to stand by their word. Embarrassing to be honest, if it were me I would take the hit and move on. Dont depend on these guys to go above and beyond for the customer. NOT RECOMMENDED, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! This just happened today, if they somehow make up for this service failure than I will update this post perhaps there is redemption to come?! More

The phone system is a mess, and it has been for a very very very long time. I can't imagine how many people go elsewhere because they never can get through. If they are successful in spite of these issues, think how many cars they would sell and service if the phones worked. More

I am usually a luxury car person ... but I’m actually loving the sporty, more rugged Jeep Grand Cherokee trail hawk model ( very fun to drive) and the interior is definitely A step above some of the “luxury” suvs out there!
