Don't get taken of advantage of here! I brought my car to Napleton's to have repairs done. They diagnosed it as the alternator, and fixed it under the extended warranty. I paid my $100 ded I brought my car to Napleton's to have repairs done. They diagnosed it as the alternator, and fixed it under the extended warranty. I paid my $100 deductible and got my car back a few days later. It was still having problems. I took it to the Cadillac dealership, and they alerted me that the alternator Napleton's put in was after market and not sufficient for the car. I have ended up getting yet another alternator and paying an additional deductible to have the problem fixed. This type of unscrupulous and deceptive practice needs to be reprimanded and properly handled by a responsible agency. More

Total waste of my time After calling to view a vehicle in stock, I drove an hour to the dealership and upon arrival nobody could find the vehicle. We literately walked around for 30 minutes with being told it’s here somewhere.. then finally being explained that it was taken home by an employee as a loaner vehicle and they just didn’t call to let me know that the car wasn’t there at the location until after I was on site. Finally the manager just said, well sorry we wasted your time. Total time wasted 2.5 hrs If you are looking for a used vehicle that is on their web page call before you drive there and make sure they “currently” have car on site before you go there More
Poor Follow-up & POOR service once vehicle purchased Okay, so when you are looking for a vehicle, they will call you & call you! We bought a $26000 vehicle from these guys. "David" was nice enough, but Okay, so when you are looking for a vehicle, they will call you & call you! We bought a $26000 vehicle from these guys. "David" was nice enough, but dropped the ball on several things. 1) No manual was with our jeep. We asked for one. Never got it. 2) When we went to pick up the vehicle, it was supposed to be detailed. IT WAS NOT. So my husband made an appointment to have it detailed, and drove to have it done, and when he got there, no one was there to do it and no one knew about the detail appointment. BAD BUSINESS. They scheduled a 2nd detail AFTER 6pm. When my husband arrived at 6:15 appt time, he was informed by service that the detail staff leaves at 5pm. Again, terrible communication since we drove 40 miles to the appointment. 3) My husband noticed some dents 3 days after purchasing the vehicle. One fairly major dent. OUR FAULT for not checking the jeep out close enough, but this should have been DISCLOSED. 4) I could not be there to sign and get my name on the title. The salesperson said, "no problem, will only cost you $20 to fix it at DMV. " WRONG. Cost is $80. To their credit, dealership said they would pay that if we brought receipt there. We'll see if they honor their word. 5) We PAID to have a trailer hitch package to install hitch and connector put on the vehicle. Our appt was at 9:30am. They didn't get to us until 11a.m. My husband was there until 3pm. THEN, when he picked up a trailer he needed to pick up 4 hours away, he drove home with NO TRAILER lights because the idiots in service did not hook it up properly. Hooking it up would involve the computer system of the jeep working in tandem with the new trailer light connector. Once again, he had to bring the vehicle back, ON HIS TIME, to get the work we paid for done properly. Honestly, disappointed at the lack of follow-up or consideration ONCE you buy a vehicle. Napleton management is dropping the ball on this one. We cannot in good faith recommend Napleton to our friends. Poor follow-up. More
