Worst experience ever Car had major AC issues that were never fixed! Service kept it for 6 weeks and when they "sold" the loaner I was using, they dropped my car off to me Car had major AC issues that were never fixed! Service kept it for 6 weeks and when they "sold" the loaner I was using, they dropped my car off to me claiming to have fixed the issue and it was still not fixed. I had to eventually buy a properly working car in February and I sent them the extended warranty cancellation in March!! After numerous attempts and messages I have not received a response from them regarding the status of the cancellation and prorated refund. I called the extended warranty company directly and was informed that I needed to contact Northlake because they never received a cancellation request!!! More

3 times ain't a charm!!! Brought my Jeep in for factory warranty work in 2017. In 2018 same issue was back, fixed again (not fixed properly!) Now here we are 2019 same issues Brought my Jeep in for factory warranty work in 2017. In 2018 same issue was back, fixed again (not fixed properly!) Now here we are 2019 same issues back, they've had my Jeep for almost 4 weeks. They don't answer emails or return calls. Finally do get a return call to be told my factory warranty has expired and that the same ill repaired fix they botched, I'm going to have to pay for! Five star didn't even get the call untill 21 days after my Jeep was there. Told them it was not covered but they could do the nice thing of fixing and covering it, by five star. Really! I was told I had to pay! Pretty sure they should have fixed it right the first time! At this point, and reading all these reviews, I think I should just get an good attorney. A huge corporation should stand behind the work they do, especially when it's done wrong the first 2 times! More

Another joke. And, when you are "lucky" enough to get someone, don't expect follow up. Can't comment on the sale process other than to say he worked to get a good price on the sale and currently promised to do what he could to expedite this horrible situation. But doesn't negate this horrible treatment, nor a reason to rate the dealership so low! More
