Problem resolution is terrible. Bought brand new car,2years later need tires & discover no lugnut key. Was told by man in service department that after 2 years he would sell me some. No apologies. Had a great salesman Dakota Richards. He seemed to have an answer for all our questions or would find an answer. Very patient, never made us feel pressured. As an added plus he was prepared/experienced wit an answer for all our questions or would find an answer. Very patient, never made us feel pressured. they rock drove and 1 hr and 45 minutes through traffic to but a car from them. price quoted over the phone is what I paid. seriously nice people. 5 different drove and 1 hr and 45 minutes through traffic to but a car from them. price quoted over the phone is what I paid. seriously nice people. 5 different dealerships, bait and switch at two of them, trying to upsell me into a demon and a hellcat when I told them I needed a scatpack. needed one of three colors, others would bring me colors I did not want and have paperwork already for me to sign. who does this? but, amber in VIP put me on the phone with craig sabarese. told him what I was looking to pay, he told me he would call me back in 20 minutes. he called and said its done, I told him I am on my way. through some horrendous traffic. got there, he had coffee ready for me, we sat down, within 20 minutes had the paperwork in front of me, met big mike in finance, another rock star, and within an hour, had my car. I know people say its like dealing with family, but it is like dealing with family. and the family you like, not the other side with your crazy uncle spiro. but seriously, this is only the second time in my life that I have actually enjoyed going to a dealership and buying a new car. you wont regret going to napleton. More
