It’s a shame they don’t offer negative stars for this review. Worst service experience ever! Utter chaos getting to service center. No one even acknowledged us when we finally got to the right place. Eventually got to a service rep who told us our appointment for a recall, which we took off work for, was more of a consultation really. They were backed up from the weekend and wouldn’t get to the truck until tomorrow maybe. What?? Needless to say, we left. Now it’s off to the cardiologist to get our blood pressure in check! More

Undisclosed issue with vehicle Purchased 2018 Durango SRT on Sept 30, 2019 it was late in the day. Could not find spare key fob,did not transfer plates from trade in to new purchase Purchased 2018 Durango SRT on Sept 30, 2019 it was late in the day. Could not find spare key fob,did not transfer plates from trade in to new purchase, Dodge not detaile other than quick wash. On my way home to Cape Coral 33914, I found cruise control not working, took to dodge for warranty repair,they informed me not covered under warranty sensor had impact damage. I had it repaired and bought a new key fob and the bill was 1,300.00.I have contacted Every one At the dealer have got the run around for over 30 days. I should have not have had to pay this entire bill, I have requested help,with avale one or two call backs with no follow up results, I drove all the way over there because of your dealership size and reputation, I am so sorry i did that.
