Do NOT turn any vehicle over to them!!!! Better yet DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS AT ALL! They steal your previous vehicle, claim they will pay the balance off and next thing you know, you're getting ca NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS AT ALL! They steal your previous vehicle, claim they will pay the balance off and next thing you know, you're getting calls for a balanced owed by the other company. Even worse they don't return phone calls or emails. I had asked to speak to someone in finance and kept getting transferred to nonexistent extensions. After explaining the issue to an operator I was told this deplorable response " I'm going to transfer you to a newer finance agent, they will most likely call you back since they're new". WHAT?! After multiple weeks of no call backs and playing a song and dance of they "will call you back", it got to the point that they wont even transfer a live person, when you call they just hang up. I was finally put in touch to a woman named Stacy Arnold after now a month of this BS. I told her the situation and that in addition I needed to cancel a service package that they don't honor. She had assured me that she was going to take care of everything. HA! Guess what?! Real shocker she didn't file the paperwork and no answers to my emails or voicemails. Real shady if you ask me. All I am asking for is a vehicle drop off receipt at this point for a previous vehicle I turned in and that was admitted to me that it had been dropped off by the sales guy Alvin Santos who sold me my current vehicle now (which has many of its own problems).Ive reached out to managers, customer relations, even Steve Ignowski himself the "BOSS". He replied immediately and said he was out for covid but he'd have his team on top of it. I didn't even get a response from him after a few days have past and still nothing. They have no right or reason to treat a customer so poorly. Choose wisely, you've been warned. And Napleton! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! More

I refused to ever go back there but my wife saw a Jeep and talked me into it. This occasion totally redeemed the dealership in my eyes. Marvin the rep was honest, genuine and professional. John the Sales Manager was not adversarial at all and friendly and made us feel like they cared about selling the car and our target payment. We were only there for 3.5 hrs which, in itself, is unheard of cause usually it takes longer to purchase a vehicle then visit Disney World. We left very happy and with a brand new Jeep. More
