What I loved most about our experience is that we were never pressured to make a decision. They made sure we made an educated decision but the choice was ours. But it turned out the first car we were shown was not the one we wanted. We wanted a Chrysler Pacifica Limited Hybrid with 2 special packages. We were shown a non-hybrid which is what the person who made the reservation for us indicated. Fortunately, Robert saved the day by asking exactly what we were looking for and found a car for us to test drive. Although it did not have one of the packages we originally wanted, after driving it, we felt this was a good choice. Robert was never pushy. And gave us our space while we discussed privately while making a decision. Shane in Finance was very helpful to get the numbers where they should be and we made contact with other people who were all very pleasant to work with. We were given the entire transaction on a flash drive instead of paper! It was pretty much closing time when we left. Robert and Stacy Arnold followed up with us the next day. We left something in the trade in car and had a few questions about tire pressure. Robert indicated that since the service department was closed after the sale went through, he could not have the tire pressure checked out. They immediately located the item left in the car and offered to mail it to us since we are an hour away. Because the tire pressure was excessively high (as sent from the manufacturer), we decided to schedule another trip to the dealership to get that taken care of. I am happy to say that it was worth the original drive and if the service is half as good as the sales team, I will not complain about driving up there for service when needed! More

So, I just purchased a scatpack charger from a local So, I just purchased a scatpack charger from a local dealership. Then my wife fell in love and also wanted a charger. Found Napleton to have the best price within a 200mi radius that I was willing to travel. All of the Dodge rebates set to expire on 11/2. I was not able to get there until 11/3. I was assured that per the GM they had extended the rebates 2 more days. So with that, we drove over 2 hours to purchase the car. We had a blank check in hand. Upon arrival I was told they would not honor the previous advertised price and not only that, but stated most of the rebates they claim as listed on their site "not everyone qualifies" for. I informed them, per their site, it only had the discount listed as a "dealer discount" and the only rebates in the comment section listed are the factory ones. Nothing else was listed or advertised. This is called false and deceptive advertising. Welp, since I did not screen shot or have proof of said info I was forced to leave with my tail between my legs and drive over 2 hours home. Now the fun begins. As I'm shopping around for another charger to purchase, guess what shows up? The SAME car, at the original price I wanted to PAY... with the new factory rebates. I wasted over 6 hours of my time and gas, to be treated like an idiot for them to repost the car again not even 6 hours later for the price I was fighting for. Absolute joke. I will be reaching out to the GM/owner and other avenues to make my voice heard. Very deceptive dealership. More

I was hesitant to come into Dealership for a new purchase without knowing the. price but Robert LaRocca was 100% transparent and even walked through rain and puddles to show me all the New Jeep's across the without knowing the. price but Robert LaRocca was 100% transparent and even walked through rain and puddles to show me all the New Jeep's across the lot. Terrible experience. The Napleton Care package is a scam. It is also compulsory. Sales and Finance informed me that Key replacement is included for lost, stolen, or damaged key fobs.
