I can honestly say he is the best advisor I have ever had over 40 years of owning new vehicles. Nick has always been courteous and professional. My vehicle is always ready when promised. Anytime I'm asked for a recommendation for a dealership to service a Fiat-Chrysler vehicle, I recommend Nick @ Napleton! I look forward to years of service with Nick @ Napleton. More

Went in for an oil change on my jeep wrangler. 2 hours after my appointment time, they finally started work. After another 45 minutes, they informed me they ruined the nut on top of the Oil Filter Housin after my appointment time, they finally started work. After another 45 minutes, they informed me they ruined the nut on top of the Oil Filter Housing Cap because they didn't use a ratchet to loosen it. They informed me they wouldn't be able to remove the cap, so offered to replace the entire housing for $1,400 (plus) in a week or two. I bought a 2-inch pvc pipe and removed the cap myself in 15 minutes. Went to the manager today and he wanted to argue, not listen. I just wanted to let him know how his service center operates....I don't want anything from these people.... My jeep deserves better! Stay away unless you have time and money to waste....and you hate your vehicle. More
I purchased a 2015 Chrysler Town & Country from Napleton two years ago along with a $2,000 extended warranty. That vehicle has now been in their service shop for four months out of the current year. It was two years ago along with a $2,000 extended warranty. That vehicle has now been in their service shop for four months out of the current year. It was first brought in for a battery issue (which I ended up fixing myself), as well as a noise occurring when the vehicle was in reverse. After three months of inspections, teardown of the vehicle’s major components, and drawn-out negotiations with the warranty company they replaced the van's water pump and thermostat housing as well as a set of lifters. Great. However, they also returned the vehicle to me with a severe transmission fluid leak. They towed the vehicle back to the shop and replaced a gasket they had pinched when putting the transmission back together after the first repair. They also put the cap back on the transmission intake tube, which was conspicuously missing when they returned the vehicle the first time. Once they had determined the transmission was no longer leaking it was returned to me again. However, it quickly became obvious that the transmission was now slipping significantly. So now it is back in the shop again and I am told in the most recent update that the transmission is simply beyond repair and has to be replaced. Of course, the first repairs took so long that the warranty has since expired, so now I continue to wait and see what they can "work out." This has been the most disappointing and unacceptable experience I have ever had with a car dealership. From pushy salespeople and dismissive financial personnel who hurry you through any attempt to actually read their contracts, to service representatives and technicians who consistently over-promise and under-deliver on everything from communication to actual repairs, Napleton's Northlake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has proven itself to be the quintessential nightmare of stereotypically loathsome things in the automobile industry. Should I ever get this vehicle returned to me in working condition, it will only be to recoup what I can of this misadventure, so that I can be done with the emotional frustration of ever having to deal with this company again. Please, don't put yourself in my situation. Go somewhere else. More
Absolutely horrible irresponsible I bought my car right before covid started I’ve had nothing but issues the car has been in the shop about 10-15 times since for the same issue I had parts order in the be before covid started I’ve had nothing but issues the car has been in the shop about 10-15 times since for the same issue I had parts order in the beginning of July I’ve made about 6 appointment since then to have the car picked up to have the work done Megan has always been wonderful till the last few month I don’t get returned call email nothing they tell me they just don’t have time… I don’t understand how this is ok I pay way to much money for a car that is unsafe to drive. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
Incredibly disappointed. I own a 2004 Dodge Ram SRT10. Look it up. It’s a very rare truck. On Saturday, 9/25/21 I was on Northlake Blvd just east of 95 when the right rear caliper locked up. Smoke every Look it up. It’s a very rare truck. On Saturday, 9/25/21 I was on Northlake Blvd just east of 95 when the right rear caliper locked up. Smoke everywhere. I immediately headed to Napleton’s. I’ve had the truck there before for recall work and been pleased with the service. I pulled in and the service advisor I had before wasn’t there, so Vic took over. I knew being a Saturday that there was no way they would even look at it so I was left with no choice but to leave the truck there. I explicitly stated “please do not leave this truck parked outside until Monday. I’ve already had someone try to steal it from my own driveway.” Vic assured me the truck would be moved inside. I left and went about my day. A few hours later I returned to ask a question. My truck had been moved to the outside lot. I saw Vic, asked my question, and again reminded him about moving it inside. Vic looked me straight in eye, shook my hand, and told me he would take of it. You know what’s coming. On Sunday morning I just had a feeling. So I drove over. There it was. My 17 year old collector truck sitting in the outside lot right where she’d been the day before. I went to the sales department and lost my s**t with everyone I could find. Chandler from sales immediately went back to the service department, got the keys, and moved it inside. When he opened to big door to the service bay, there were several other cars there, and plenty of room. I am livid. Livid. There is absolutely no reason for this. None. It’s despicable. Vic needs to lose his job. A flat out lie. Either he knows nothing, or he thinks I know nothing. Big mistake. Huge. More
