Pablo Minier is one of the best Service advisors I have ever dealt with. Too many times Service advisors don't get the credit that they deserve. i had come in for a Oil change and to replace 1 Tire. It end ever dealt with. Too many times Service advisors don't get the credit that they deserve. i had come in for a Oil change and to replace 1 Tire. It ended up that Pablo showed me that I needed 2 other tires replaced. When a dealership makes it big, they no longer have the professional managers needed it to help out with issues in regards to good customer service. I bought my Hyundai Sonata Limited-2011 in California. professional managers needed it to help out with issues in regards to good customer service. I bought my Hyundai Sonata Limited-2011 in California. I had it serviced at Napleton Northlake since I moved to Florida 6 yrs ago. I don’t drive it much, specially since the last serviced. Just put 40,000 miles on the speedometers. Called to set an appointment for service and inquired about the cost of parts. It needs a new right tail light unit, the horn doesn’t work, door locks don’t work too well as well as windows. Stitching is falling apart in the rear headrest. Since parts cost money, and car is out warranty, I want to make sure I’m not going to over paid on parts. I talked to Nick who started lecturing me from the moment I said hello, without letting me talk to explained my needs and concerns. I appreciate feed back after I lay the issues with car, not for him to have treated me with such disrespect to not allowed me to speak about issues with car. He was annoyed and obviously arrogant with his lecturing me. I was never treated so rudely by a manager. If Rob, the service manager, whom I remember from the start, doesn’t call me back. I will take my car somewhere else. This dealership as it is, it’s not what I expected as far as customer service. More

He was my service writer with my prior ’11 Hyundai Genesis, and is now helping me with my current ’15 Genesis. Michael is the epitome of what a service writer should be. In addition to his excellent people skills, his service background makes him an excellent candidate to assist in troubleshooting more complicated issues. We are working on an odd one with my Genesis. We already found one trouble spot (the Satellite Antenna). He worked with my extended warranty department to get that authorized for replacement; we've now mapped out our plan going forward to help narrow down the other possible errant part.
