I started going to the Okeechobee location almost 2 years ago and Daniel Gonzalez was my service advisor. You know when you go to the hair salon and find a great stylist who gives the best service that you f ago and Daniel Gonzalez was my service advisor. He is so professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time and attention he gives when I bring my car in for service. I live on a budget like most people and one of the best things he does that helps so much is to update me on all of the status of my car. Tells me about my belts, tires, major services of when they are recommended and why it’s important to have them done at those times to keep my car running to the best of it’s ability. I then can prepare for the time and costs of those services. My old dealership used to wait until I was in for one service to spring that I needed something done and it was so frustrating when I wasn’t prepared for the expense. When I needed my belt changed, Daniel even had brought it to show me the wear. That’s why I trust him completely when I bring my car in for service. This is how customer service should be always!!! I highly recommend going to Northlake location and ask for Daniel Gonzalez. More
