I started going to the Okeechobee location almost 2 years ago and Daniel Gonzalez was my service advisor. He is so professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time and attention he gives when I bring my car in for service. I live on a budget like most people and one of the best things he does that helps so much is to update me on all of the status of my car. Tells me about my belts, tires, major services of when they are recommended and why it’s important to have them done at those times to keep my car running to the best of it’s ability. I then can prepare for the time and costs of those services. My old dealership used to wait until I was in for one service to spring that I needed something done and it was so frustrating when I wasn’t prepared for the expense. When I needed my belt changed, Daniel even had brought it to show me the wear. That’s why I trust him completely when I bring my car in for service. This is how customer service should be always!!! I highly recommend going to Northlake location and ask for Daniel Gonzalez. More

Service department is a complete ripoff. This time the wife has to have the car towed in and they tell her the entire steering column has to be replaced. Either the mechanic is stupid or the service writer is trying to rip off my wife or both!! This is after it took them 2 days to even look at it. Then he tried to claim he texted the quote to my wife.
