A test drive that was all about me, not the dealership I told Bryant right up front that I wouldn't be buying a car from him, as I was visiting from out of town but I desired to see a Genesis Coupe in pers I told Bryant right up front that I wouldn't be buying a car from him, as I was visiting from out of town but I desired to see a Genesis Coupe in person. Nick sheret is an awesome salesman. My wife and I visited Napletons because I had already purchased 2 vehicle from Napletons prior to this visit. I must say our salesman Nick Sheret was unbelievable. I myself am in sales, and i pride myself on customer service. Nick went above and beyong when it comes to customer service. He was thorough with the information about the vehicle we were interested in. Although we test drove a black Hyundai Tucson, and were willing to purchase that vehicle, Nick remember a conversation about my wife looking at Kona coffee colors at different dealerships, and surprised us by walking in a back lot and pulling up in one before we signed the dotted line for the black one. Kudos to Nick. I would certainly recommend him to others and in fact have already given his card to 3 people in 2 days. Thanks for the awesome service Nick. More
